I traded my Nike cross-trainers last week for these and am very happy I did. They perform about the same on the treadmill, but they've helped me up my interval game immensely. These make burpees and mountain climbers fun, and running the stairs are a breeze. The Nano 8's also provide sure footing during my deadlift and squat exercises even for being billed as an all-around shoe. Highly recommend...obviously. Although I marked that they run a little large I like how they feel and don't notice any slippage - order your size and you should be fine.

These are great shoes, the wider toe box makes it so that a human foot can comfortably go in it. Pointy toe athelitic shoes are so stupid. The heel stabilization material works very well. The overall material feels a bit like a woven placemat, but shoes and placemats need to be cleaned and stand up to wear and tear, so maybe it's not an affront to our feet. Looking at the Nano 9.0 and all the design histrionics, makes me think they got it right with the 8.0 but thought more day glow flash and multi color nonsense would get more attention. Make a good shoe and save the fireworks for the 4th of July.

Bought this for traveling for work and for use in gym stationary bikes and Pelotons. Usually got a 12 for all my shoes the last couple of decades for this pinched at the big toe on both shoes so sent back and ordered a 12.5 which I'm sure will workout. The rest of the shoe is great. Good looks with a modern edge to them, great support for my kind of exercise (need a stiff sole). I wouldn't walk long distances in them but that's not the point. Will be getting into kettle bells soon and think that this will offer adequate support for that exercise as well. I'd recommend them.

I had to go a half size up from normal, but once I did that they fit way better. They have a wide toe box for extra comfort, but the overall shoes isn’t too wide. Great shoes!

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. Got a 9.5 but they are small, just a bit. With athletic socks these will be a tight, not unwearable, but I should have gotten a 10.

I normally wear a woman's 10W. Ordered these in men's 8.5. Needed these for circuit training at the gym. Soles on my Brook's running shoes were too think and I kept rolling my foot off the edge of the sole. It's been a few months and I'm happy with the shoes. The sole is flat with a minimal heel-to-toe drop, which makes it easier to put weight through my heels during exercises like squats. They are not the lightest weight gym shoes, but I like the rubber soles which seems to be where the weight comes from. The upper is a woven mesh type fabric with a separate lightly padded inner layer. At first they seemed to fit oddly. My foot wasn't sitting in the middle of the shoe (centered). The pinky-side of my foot pressed against the outside edge of the shoe while there was a full inch between my big toe and the inner edge. It didn't help that with the shape of the shoe the area around the big toe is very roomy. The first time I wore them to the gym it really bothered me. However, after re-lacing a few times my foot now sits centered correctly in the shoe. If you have this issue try unlacing, centering your foot in the shoe, then re-lacing the shoe tightly.

Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had on my feet. I’m on my feet all day moving heavy objects in a warehouse environment and these shoes are perfect. They really lock my feet in with none of the knee pain causing give I had in other shoes. I should probably buy a second pair while I can.

Incredible shoes for lifting. The grip of the soles is amazing and they have a huge amount of room at the front for your toes. Flat firm soles. Wish I had purchased these awhile ago.

Overall great shoe. I purchased to give me more cushion and foot support while jumping rope along with Crossrope exercises. I ordered a first pair, and they felt just a bit too snug. I ordered up a half size and problem solved. The material at the front comes down at an angle across the top of the toe that makes it feel a bit small, but there is still ample room in front of the toe. Might take some getting used to. The support is great and I've enjoyed jumping rope in them so far. My first pair arrived something like 16 hours after I submitted my order. I think this might be a new record. As always, returning to Zappos was without issue. The second pair took a bit longer to arrive, but still well within expectations. Always an easy and smooth process purchasing from Zappos.

I purchased a previous Nano 8.0, and as much as I liked it, it felt a little small (even after a year). I am normally a 9 1/2 to a 10, and I bought a 10, and it just felt a little tight. So, for this purchase, I got size 10 1/2. This time, it was a perfect fit. So comfortable, I can do Crossfit, and run in them as well. These are the best Crossfit shoes I've had.

My 13 y.o. son picked these out for P.E. class at school. He likes the 3D type effect of the gold and black pattern, and he thinks they'll look good in motion. At first he was unsure about the very round toe shape, since he has been wearing a more pointed toe shape, but he decided it's okay. The style is definitely more of a style-statement than the typical running shoe shape. They remind me a little of the round Keen shoe toe shape. These shoes are a little heavier than typical running shoes, but he's okay with that. We got a size 9.5, his true size, and there's still room to grow. In contrast, in another brand of shoe we got a size 10 in order to have growing room.

So happy with my Reebok CF nano 4 that is still being used that I bought a green nano 8. I was so satisfied with the durability and comfort that I both another nano 8 in a different color. I wished Reebok still had the customize option and I would have ordered one in Black and Gold.

Great shoes for plyometrics, step and core board workouts, boxing, etc. I haven’t lifted weights with them yet, but I have other shoes for that.

Shoes were definitely true to size and are very good for lifting. They are just a tad narrow for my feet, but I knew they didn't have wider widths available, so that was expected.

This is a great shoe. It is very comfortable and has the perfect support for CrossFit. Recommend. I ordered men’s size 8 but had to return it for men’s size 8.5. It runs half size small.

This shoe is exactly what I was hoping for in a gym shoe. Stylish and lightweight with a thin insole. Some people may complain about the low arch support in this shoe, but THESE ARE NOT RUNNING SHOES. In my experience having thin soles is actually a good thing for crossfit style training. I was taking my old gym shoes (joggers) completely off when training legs and doing squats, but this shoe provides that even, flat surface I was looking for.
