Ordered the regular width..seem super wide.Are a little big not sure if my toddler will grow into them as he dosen't have super huge wide feet.Even though they are somewhat adjustable...are still pretty wide.Not a fan

Pros: very smooth, no way that they’d cause any blisters, which is common for sandals. Cute color. Not bulky. Cons: toe strap is so narrow that it’s easy for the child’s toes to slip out. My child is 11 mo and size 4 shoe and with all of her squirming the toes come out pretty easily. I would have returned them due to the “con” but already wore them outside. I’d recommend these for more established walkers, not new ones. I’ve only had for one day, but wouldn’t be surprised if the Velcro issues other reviewers mentioned play out in the near future.

These sandals were great for a short time. The Velcro does not seem to hold up for long (less than 2 months) and now the shoes just fall off. Disappointing.

I’m disappointed in these shoes for my 2-year-old. His feet pop out of the front often and the Velcro comes undone easily. The Velcro also isn’t long enough so the straps don’t sit straight. The seams became frayed immediately after the 2nd or 3rd wear. I would return them, but the times he did wear them show, so they would not be accepted.

My daughter and I love these shoes but unfortunately they are made for very wide / large for size feet. I tried sizing down and big gaps remained despite the straps being on their smallest setting.

I love how these sandals look. I love that they are easily cleaned and keep my 2 year old daughter's feet cool. However, I DO NOT love the fact that her toes keep coming out from under the toe strap every time she goes to slide her feet under her body. Toddlers are active and like to climb everywhere and its exhausting to have to redo the strap every time she gets into a chair or climbs onto a slide. They are also way too easy to get off for a young child who likes to take her shoes off. We wear them for travel or other dressier occasions that we need a lower profile sandal---but these are NOT play shoes for an active toddler.

Super cute, lightweight, easy on/off, and you can wear them for water play. These were perfect for about 2 months until the Velcro wore out. If your kid is going to grow out of them quickly, these are fabulous. If you are hoping to get a full summer’s use I would recommend buying different sandals.

Most horrible kid shoe ever. I ended up literally throwing them away. The white chipped off of the straps and they popped open all of the time which is a safety issue for a running toddler.

Velcro on the straps is terrible. Doesn’t stay shut and they are constantly coming undone and falling off.

My boys have worn these maybe 12 times in the past two months since purchase and I’m realizing that they were not made well at all. The velcro has become weak and every 20 paces or so the straps come undone. I would not recommend these at all.

These fit poorly and the Velcro stopped working almost immediately. After a month they’re in the garbage. Do not buy.

We bought these sandals at the end of April and now (mid-July) the Velcro across the ankles does not hold and the sandals not stay on my sons feet. These are not our everyday shoes so they’ve not had much wear and tear. Will not be purchasing native sandals again.

Wow. I honestly am confused by the positive reviews. I bought these for both of my kids (ages 1.5 and 4.5) and they both have a problem with their toes hanging over the front of the shoe. They are the right size - maybe even on the small side. When I put them on their feet, the shoes appear to fit. But as soon as my kids walk in them, their feet move all over and end up hanging over the front of the shoe. As many others have complained, there isn't enough velcro to tighten the straps, which I'd guess would help this situation. Native really missed the mark on these otherwise super cute shoes.

We've had this shoe for 3 weeks and the velcro no longer works. I ordered my son's usual size and it was too small. I returned that pair and order the next size up and the fit was slightly too big. The velcro barely holds his foot in place. I am very disappointed with this shoe.

Loved these shoes at first. But, bought them in April, and within 1.5 months the white on sandal has completely peeled off. The shoes now look like gray and dirty. My daughter only wore these for events in dry areas. They were not abused or worn in or near pools. Not worth the purchase.

Loose, kept falling off.

At first, I was a big fan of these shoes. They are lightweight, not obnoxious, and great for outdoor play. But, it took only two months for the velcro to no longer work. Other reviews had mentioned a problem with the velcro, but I didn't take them seriously. I wish I had. When I put them on, it appears like the velcro is working and sticking, but after 30 minutes or less it comes loose. My little guy was running in them and took a pretty nasty spill because they velcro came apart and caused him to loose his footing. I am extremely disappointed, especially because I have loved our other Native shoes.

Flimsy

got these for my 18 month old. The straps keep coming undone and her toes keep popping out. Would not recommend these. I kept them because we got them dirty and couldn't return them.

I really like the Native Shoes brand so when I was looking for sandals for my 3-year-old I thought this would work well. They have turned out to be terrible. The velcro does not stay strapped - it's constantly coming undone. They are hard for him to run in. Other sandals he has been able to put on himself (last year when he was 2) and he really struggled with these. Without the hook and loop, these sandals are not effective. I normally hand down all shoes to my nephew but these will sadly be going in the garbage. I do not recommend these.

The velcro on these does not hold. My child continually trips and falls because the velcro keeps opening while walking/running. It held for the first month or so and then just gave out. I wouldn't get these again.

Did not love this sandal. Ordered my son’s correct size and they felt too small, his toes were too far up. We received the size up and they were enormous, incredibly wide. Both pairs feel really great and seem like good quality, but look funny on. I was really excited about these but they just don’t follow through.
