The shoe was good on the front part of my foot but got floppy on the heel part. The side kind of opened up too with every step I took.

I ordered a size 8 but was sent a size 5. Whoever actually sent the shoes tore the size off the outside of the box so you couldn't see that it was the wrong side. Not well done Zappos. I am very disappointed.

I always wear a 7M and this shoe was both bigger and a bit wider. Too bad because I love the style. Just not willing to go down a full size only to find that it's still not quite right.

I own several pairs of Franco Sarto shoes and like them. In fact, one of them is the most comfortable pair of shoes I remember having. I liked the style of these shoes and decided to order. The first observation when I tried them on was that the right shoe was 1/2 size larger than my usual size 10. I decided to still give them a try and added insoles. After several hours of wear, I had bloody blisters at the back of my right foot and on both of my small toes. I feel that other prospective buyers need to be aware of what they are considering buying. Mine are going back.

I love love the look of this shoe and wanted it so bad! The shoe was nice looking but I it was just not true to size as I KNOW I wear a 12M and I could not even get my foot I the shoe. I was VERY disappointed because I wanted the shoes.

I normally wear 7.5-8. These were way too small and narrow. Supercute but I had to return
