Cute comfortable well made shoe BUT the size system Born uses is hit or miss- they seem to long and wide for me had to return. It is a real chance to try out this brand because of the sizing. Good thing Zappos has a great easy return service

These shoes are definitely comfortable, in the way that slippers are, which is also how they looked on my wide feet. :( I did not like how flat they were, and I bet that the slipper factor would mean that they won't hold up to long days of walking, which is what I need them for. The blush is a lovely color, though! Wish I could keep them...

This shoe was very comfortable except where it put too much pressure on my big toes. This shoe was so comfortable, as long as I didn't walk in them. They hit me right on the big to. I was so disappointed! They would have been perfect if not for that.

Very nice sandal, I ordered my usual size 8 regular because the reviews said they run big, however, that was not the case. They run small and narrow. Not sure how if one size up will even work, seems like a shoe you will need to try on first before ordering. :-(

These stretched out like a month after I bought them. Total bummer bc they were comfortable.

I thought these shoes would be great for an Italian vacation, but I came home with Plantar Fasciitis from walking in these shoes on cobblestone!

From the first try on these shoes fit like a glove. I loved the support and could walk miles in them. I have knee issues and can't wear shoes with too high arch support. These were great, I wore them all summer. Unfortunately by the end of summer the elastic had stretched. So much that they flipped off whenever I would try to walk in them. I was so disappointed. I'd love to try them again but don't want to have a sandal last only 3 months.

Super cute, but sad they were just a tad too narrow for me. For me, it’s a combo of having feet between regular and wide and a high instep. So the problem was the fit across the top of my foot. They may have stretched out or I could have gone up one size, but that’s just too much of a hassle for cute summer fun shoes.

Ordered navy and tan. Shoes were delivered yesterday. The colors are great. I wear an 11 which is what I normally wear and the actual fit was fairly true to size. But the overall shape and fit of the shoe is very “strange” Returning

These sandals didn't fit me properly. On one foot, the ankle strap felt slightly loose. On my other foot (my slightly larger foot), the ankle strap was snug, but the upper was too tight across the top of my foot. I considered keeping them, hoping the upper would stretch out a bit and be comfortable, but I was concerned that then the ankle straps would be entirely too loose. Finally, I bought the blush color, and they had a few scratches on the leather uppers, brand new out of the box. I am returning these.

The leather is sumptuous but I don't care for the style. It made my foot look like a platypus.

I always wear a size 11 m, but my feet were swimming in these. They seemed very flat too, so I'm not going to reorder a smaller size.

These were comfy when I wore them around the house. Great style! I wore them out and within a half hour the toe area was just too cramped. The leather upper ended up rubbing against my toes resulting in blisters. Since they were worn I can’t return so now I’m stuck with a pretty expensive pair of shoes I can’t wear.

The heel strap is way too loose; designed for those with thick heels, I guess.

They look great in the beginning however stretched out of size. Easily scuffed

Love this shoe, but usually I can not wear Born because I need 8.5 and my feet are really narrow so the 8 is a little short and the 9 is too wide. :(

I wanted to like these sandals so much. They were very comfortable right out of the box and I am a Born fan anyway. But they are going back! The non adjustable strap on the heel is a problem to begin with. You really need some way to adjust the fit. But the main problem was the front of the shoe. The main part over the foot is just too wide. Not an attractive look. I had looked at the sandals for a while and am disappointed to have to return them. Will definitely try Born again, though.

These are so cute but too wide in front for my foot. I'm disappointed and will return.

One word: Ouch. With every step, the leather upper strap cut right into the top of my foot in an extremely painful way. For clarity’s sake, I have very high arches and a very high instep. Perhaps if you have flat, low profile feet these would be more comfortable.

The left shoe was narrower than the right. Look like house slippers.

The ankle/heel strap is too roomy

The fit was too tight. The shoes looked as if they had been worn/purchased before and returned. So disappointing.

Most of my shoes have been Borns until recently. I’m sending these back. Why can’t they make shoes with adjustable straps?
