I've owned Inov-8 footwear in the past and had no size problems. This purchases was at least 1 size smaller than advertised. If interested in this shoe, buy a least a whole size larger.

A nice looking shoe but for narrow feet. I read the reviews which stated it had a wide toe box which - I need but found it to be just the opposite. I even ordered a 1/2 size up and still found it too constricting on my feet. I wish they had the shoe in a wide. Nicely styled shoe.

My lifting shoes needed replacing so I was looking around for a while and settled on trying these inov-8's out because I read they had a roomy toebox and were made really well. The build quality is really good and they feel like they will stand up to whatever wear and tear I put on them in the gym for a long time. I am using these to mostly lift weights, not do crossfit, but it looks like they would be great for crossfit given their build quality, nice protected toe area for burpees/box jumps, and a rope guard for rope climbing. The heel area is very sturdy too. The 8mm offset is higher than my previous lifting shoes (4mm) but it helps with squats more than the lower heel offset shoes. I just take them off when I deadlift to have a flat foot plant. The soles are comfortable with good support but aren't "cushy" which you wouldn't want for lifting anyway. As for looks, they are really eye catching with the black and orange knit pattern. This is the first inov-8 shoe I've owned and I've very happy so far. I previously wore Under Armour lifting shoes and while I really liked those older shoes all UA's new lifting shoes either looked ugly or got bad reviews. I think it's worth it to spend a little more on athletic shoes if performance is important to you.

If you’ve got wide feet, don’t bother with this brand. They look nice, but that’s about it.

I've worn the f-Lite 195 in US 14 (UK 13) for years. This felt consistent in size and fit. Dig the shoe, but went with the more minimalist Bare XF-210 V2 in the same size.

Great for WOD/HIIT type workouts. Excellent traction and feel. I came to these from a pair of standard running shoes and the difference is remarkable--I feel much more stable during the various movements (burpees, speed skaters, box jumps, etc). Highly recommend.

Love these shoes. Super comfortable, good support, and good looking. I've already had quite a few compliments on them.

Great looking shoe. Really good for Cross Fit. Just started cross fit so not sure what longevity in these look like but I would highly recommend them for the first 2 weeks, LOL.

Great gym shoe. The width was perfect, but the length was a half size short. The bottoms really grip the gym floor. I'd recommend these to any gym goers.

Good quality shoe for crossfit and lifting weights. May need to go a half size larger if you want more room for your toes.

Very uncomfortable, run small and narrow. The inside heel was extremely uncomfortable on both feet. Returned.

First, love the brand, have other styles. This is the only pair of Innov8 shoes I've owned that didn't hold up. Outside held up fine, but these wore prematurely in the heel cup. I had two pairs, both did the same thing. No other shoe I've owned has ever done this, and both pair of the same exact model wore the same.

Initially I was pleased with these shoes, but after 8 to 9 months they started breaking down. This morning on my 6 mile walk my right heal support dropped to the mid point causing a blister on my heal. Additionally the covering on the interior has worn away causing the rough canvas to create blisters on my toes. This all happened within a couple of weeks. I use these shoes to power walk 5 to 6 miles 3 times a week and after spending $150 I would have hoped that they would have lasted a lot longer before falling apart.

Fit was about a size smaller than any other shoe I've purchased.

I have been absolutely in love with my previous F-Lite 260's, but this new pair is ridiculously narrow despite it being their widest model. I'm not sure why inov-8 made the toe box a full 1/2" narrower than previous models. These are being returned.

The shoe looks great! but is super small, a full size smaller, and very narrow. I do not wear a wide in any other shoe but would need one here. Cushion and grin seem to be spot on just too small. (Even looked too small when I opened the box.)
