My son goes to catholic school so these shoes fit the dress code. I refused to order nike shoes(use to buy only nikes) especially after their recent sponsorship. My son is nerdy but athletic, perfect fit. He loves these shoes.

This shoe is just what I was hoping for: just enough protection and support for my mostly weightlifting/minimal cardio workouts. The sole is flat and works great for squats, the upper is very flexible and worked fine for lunges. For context, I am female, over 60, with wide feet and cranky joints - I didn't want a running shoe or a squatting shoe; it can be challenging to find women's shoes in Wide, which is why I ordered men's shoes. I tried these alongside: Reebok CrossFit Nano 8 (this was a close second choice to the InnoV-8), and the Skechers Performance Go Train - Viper (a workout just trying to get my foot in the shoe).

Pondered a long time about these. Went back and forth between these and the Nike Metcon 3 (then 4). It was all for nothing. Love them and wish I'd bought them sooner. Great training shoe, fits better and looks better than my old Metcon's.

I love it. I have flat feet, and they feel great for me. A ton of support with a minimalistic arch. My only complaint is that I wish they looked better or had other color options.

Great sneaker. Fits well. I use it for both lifting and running. Had the 235 model and can definitely feel the added weight but more sole vision when running.

So far so good! After three Crossfit workouts, the Inov-8 F-Lite 260 performed exceptional. A great combination of support, function and style. Without the annoyance of having to the laces loosening after 10 minutes of work (like w/ the Nike Metcon). The cut is a little narrow and when worn with Balega running socks the shoes is snug. If you may consider a 1/2 up if you wear a thick sock and prefer room.

I've been wearing Innov8 shoe for about 4 years. I have always worn a 9.5, I had to purchase 10's with these. The tens fit perfectly, great shoe great support. I do crossfit daily, these shoes are a great all around shoe for this.

I ordered these to try with my CrossFit workouts and they are superb. An excellent alternative to Nike Metcon and Reebok Nano, especially following the Nano redesign after the 5's. Doesn't hurt that they have a unique look too!

These are the best fitting and most comfortable training shoes I've ever had.

Great shoe for gym workouts and light running

This will be my 5th pair of Innovate shoes. This is the first pair that doesn't feel great, like the other 4 pair did. I ordered the exact same size as the first 4 and it was about a half size small. The replacement pair of the next size up was a bit too big. On top of that, this is the first pair that seemed on the narrow side, never a width problem before. I like the shoes in general, but I won't be suggesting to my friends that they must get a pair, like I did with the prior four pair.

Narrow width and excessive padding at the heel. Feels like walking on pillows compared to the 235.

Sole tore down quite quickly, had several other inov-8 shoes before, and these were clearly sub-par.

I really liked these shoes. I had to return them because they were too narrow for my foot.
