I am wearing it as a work shoe in ICU. It only took me a day or two to break it in. My feet were very sore at first due to my big bunions on each foot. But surprise, surprise, after the 3rd time that I wore it, it was so comfortable already. I thought its gonna be awhile to break it in, but no, it was VERY comfortable right away! And I love the extra height it gives me!

I think it should last me but I just purchased it do I don't know about durable yet, it's s tiny bit thigh but I should be able to enlarge it during the days of usage.

Perfect shoes for working on a concrete floor 7 hours a day. They do stretch after a while, but that's to be expected with almost daily use.

Great for like me working 13 hours shift
