I wanted these shoes to fit I love the little bit of height they give. The foot bed is sooo comfortable, but the elastic strap (second one from the ankle) was so tight it pinched my foot, I do not consider my instep to be high. I do have very wide feet and they fit that way. If they would have made that strap a bit longer they may have worked. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy I have very hard to feet to fit, wide at the fore front and narrow at the heels. Zappos makes it easy to try shoes without spending the extra $ to send them back. THANK YOU Zappos.

I have a really bad back and bad feet.. these have been so wonderful for both my back and feet. I've bought all colors and back up pairs! I walk 5 miles a day in them- terrific comfort!

I really wanted to love these sandals. On the plus side, I found them to be very comfortable. I had no issue with the ankle strap, as others did. However, I did have an issue with one thing: The band that runs across the top of the shoe from ankle to toe, interconnecting the horizontal straps. (Choose a light-colored photo of the shoe and look at the aerial view.) It’s not that the material is sharp or hard — it is soft. BUT… there is a tiny little piece of the band that juts out PAST the horizontal straps. That one tiny little piece drove me INSANE. It was like having this soft flappy irritating little thing brushing the top of my toe and constantly tickling me! It felt as if there was a piece of cloth stuck in the front of my shoe that I wanted to rip out. Now, that could just be me — I didn’t see any other reviewers mention this. But I thought it could be helpful to share my experience, strange as it is! I didn’t have any other complaints about the shoe — it did seem as if they would be very comfortable to walk with.

Too wide for my narrow foot. Elastic is not stretchy. Ankle strap is hard & too large.

Love Love Love. I have small wide feet and very few shoes come in wide less than a size 6.5 When these arrived I was looking for a functional travel shoe so as not to have to wear sneaker type shoes all the time. So excited with the fit and comfort! Thanks Clark's you are very reliable and love that you are bringing your wide widht on size 6!

Finally, a sandal that feels like a dream the moment I put it on out of the box! I love how the sole feels and it comfortably holds my little toes in. Zappos... please get these made in every color under the sun!!!

These sandals are the best, I just ordered my second pair in navy. I waited until Zappos got the navy back in stock in my size and they notified me. These shoes are so comfortable, cute, and good for my feet. I have neuropathy & must wear well constructed shoes for proper support & these fit the bill.....I wear these right out of the box with no pinch, rub or discomfort of other new shoes. You will not go wrong with these sandals!!!!

Shoes hate me but these work perfectly. I have a pair I bought last year and now these grey and black duo look sleek and are just as comfy as the tan ones. These are just as or even more comfy than some way more expensive options(170.+) and kinder to the soles of your feet. My feet have high arches, plantar fasciitis, toe tendonitis giant heel spurs and anything else annoying and yet I feel like I could walk forever in these-- right out of the box. No they may not be super sleek or extra funky but your feet will be smiling!!!

Very cute and comfortable but the strap closest to the ankle was very loose and could not be tightened; have to send back.

These are so darn cushy, even my wide foot could be accommodated in a medium width. I wish they had some arch support, but they are rather flat there. Nevertheless, everything else is so great, I kept them. The grey color is quite neutral, the straps are perfectly placed so my pinky toe does not peak out as often happens with strappy shoes. I usually wear a 9.5 and these are true to size. Really comfy shoes and I think they make my feet look small.

These are sandals that wear more like tennis shoes (which is great!). I brought a few pairs of shoes on vacation but instead wore these the whole time. They've lasted through a summer of regular wear and are still in great shape. I'm planning on buying another pair for when do they wear out!

Too wide, especially the strap at the top of the ankle. My foot slid all over inside this sandal as I walked around the house. I inadvertently ordered a wide, so am hoping the problem is resolved when I reorder the M width.

I didn't open the box for 2 days, delaying the disappointment of another pair of wide shoes too narrow to wear (due to my chronic edema). OMGosh & 'allelujah, elastic straps to the rescue! Comfort footbed, soft style & arch support in a sandal; all good marks of Clark's!! Methinks next month I'll buy the same in brown.

Not comfortable for those with a high instep. There was not much stretch in the bands over the foot so the compression was a bit painful for me on the top of my foot. Also, I felt is was a least 1/2 size too long. Go down if between sizes. I returned.

Fit not good for a thin foot. Very roomy shoe and would accommodate a full foot. Liked the style and from the picture it looked as if it would fit. Had to return. Thanks to Zappos for their liberal return policy. I am a quick return. Same day or next. As soon as the return label is scanned at UPS store, the refund will be returned to my card that same day. Can’t get better customer service than that!

I chose to order a pair of these in tan because they were Cloudsteppers and thought they looked cute. I wasn't too sure about the strap around the ankle once I got them but it turned out not to be a problem. These shoes are so comfortable! I am thinking about ordering a pair in blue.

I bought these shoes last year and LOVED them, they became my primary walking shoe taking on Disneyland and many many other adventures like it, they offered more support than my tennis shoes. I have worn them for a year and knew that they were not as good as when I first bought them, but they were still so comfy! I finally bought another pair (EXACT SAME) and WOW what a difference! I remembered why I fell in love with them all over again! They are called Cloudsteppers for a reason!

These shoes are true to size. And so comfortable. I have a hammer toe & bunion. These shoes feel great.

Love them! wore them out of the box and VERY comfortable. can be dressy (not formal) and casual too. I have a bit of a wide foot, and read other's reviews, so they were perfect for me. may have get another pair!!! they have elastic so a good fit and won't stretch out. nice rubber sole so bends with you. RECOMMEND!!

Love these! Great quality sandal. I like that they give me a lil lift while still being very comfortable.

As soon as I tried these on, they felt like they were made for my feet! Very lightweight, no pinching of the toes, and some arch support. I could walk all day in these shoes. I have worn Clark’s for years,and for a while their sizing and comfort weren’t quite up to their normal standards for me. But with the new Cloudsteppers series they have turned that around. Clark’s style has always been on the lower side for me, mostly because they have represented themselves as shoes for ‘older women’. But since I am now in that wonderful age group, I guess they will pass muster. Overall, these sandals are a great addition my shoe wardrobe.

These cloud steppers truly feel like I'm stepping on clouds! I ordered them in black for an upcoming trip. As soon as I put them on, I went back and ordered the beige, too. I wish it wasn't 30 degrees out so that I could start wearing them now.

Very comfortable sandals. I find all Clarks sandals with this wedge to be very comfortable. I walk around 3-5 miles a day in them and never have a problem. I wore them for a long walk right out of the box. I like the added height it gives me. I would buy them again in a heartbeat
