I ordered a women's size 11 as that is the size I wear. It was too small. Customer care was amazing but disappointed in the fit. I reordered a second pair in size 12 and was sent a unisex size 12 which was huge. I don't understand how you can have unisex sizes.

I need to return them for exchange for a bistro clog. Smaller sized for my feet.

I am very disappointed in these work shoes. I had a pair in the past that was made like a normal croc shoe, with the arch built right in the shoe. These are flat with an insert that doesn't have as good of an arch. I am wearing in the house now, but don't know if I will keep them, as I work a 10-hr shift. I don't think they will support my feet that long. Disappointed.

I would appreciate it had better arch support. Being on your feet, and walking all day really bothers my feet. The worst thing I can say, it that it makes my socks slide down, and I am CONSTANTLY having to pull them back on my feet. I've tried arch support insoles in my shoes, and then the shoes become to tight, and yet my socks are CONSTANTLY sliding down. Very annoying and uncomfortable

The shoes did not fit well. They were the correct size, but uncomfortable. Don't be lured by the "free" shipping . It will cost you 7.50 to return for any reason. I had to contact customer service three times to get a response. Personally, I'll stick with Birkenstocks. Satisfaction guaranteed, and free shipping both ways.

Very comfortable however a little big. Need to 1/2 sizes.

Not as supportive as I had hoped on the bottom. Not comfortable while standing for long periods. Purchased a different style last time. I believe it was three times more cushion.

Don't like them at all. They slide on your feet. Very uncomfortable.

They arre not good But not happy caz they hurt my feet soo much. What can I do ? Can you help me find a solution

Tight over right top of foot Next size would be too big

every thing was great but I had to take out the inserts to wear the shoes... I had them on with the inserts and it cut the circulation off because my arch was pressed up against the top.

The shoe was ordered to work outside in. The style is made two wide and my foot slides around even with a thick pair of socks. It is also to high in the ankle area and I got two blisters one on my heal from the slipping and one on the bottom of my ankle from rubbing.

These shoes seemed to be a great option for the hospital in which I work from time-to-time, but they ended up being a hazard due to the way in which the instability of the sole causes your ankle to buckle outward causing ankle sprains. I unknowingly purchased two pairs and I wish I hadn't. While it is too late for me to return them, I'm advising others, as this can be a bad accident in a hospital.

I loved the look of these and the comfort is good but not amazing, but after walking around the house in them I didn't even bother going to work with them because the heel slip drives me crazy. The shoe doesn't stay on at all. I'll be returning these for sure.

Personally for me I don't like the fit of these, and it may just be my feet. But it feels like a lot of extra room near the front of the shoe.

The top lining of the shoe feels uncomfortable. It gets tight at times.

Returned...did not want next size up. Base not as comfortable as old fashioned clogs. Thinking of replacing with another type that is not closed in. I guess I need the roomy ones not relaxed.

I'm usually a size nine, sometimes half size larger, so I purchased a size nine because the Bistro of the same size fit nicely. Turns out that was a mistake. After trying them on at home after receiving them, I thought they fit fine and was anxious to wear them to work the next day. After an hour with them on, I noticed that the small toes on my left foot seemed scrunched, unlike the toes on my right foot. After two hours I was suffering from upper leg and hip pain which was nearly debilitating. I might of gone three hours with them on and couldn't take it anymore. Fortunately, I had another pair of shoes in my locker and changed into them...what a relief! I was looking for a change from my older Bistro's and decided to try this slip-on style, but they just didn't work out. Love the style wish they fit but they've just been gathering dust since that first day I tried them at work, just a waste of money, and now I cannot return them because they were worn for a half day. If you decide to get these I suggest going a half or a full size up.

Great idea... but the opening is too narrow. Perfect for my ankle... but the front of my foot needs to go in first!

For whatever reason, these are not as comfortable as Crocs I've owned in the past and I'm disappointed that they aren't slip AND oil resistant like the professional clogs I had before. The restaurant where I work doesn't allow for the heel to be out so this was the best option but I'm not elated with my purchase. My feet hurt incredibly when I get off work and my Croc flip flops is the only piece of footwear that makes the pain tolerable. Thought I was getting the same relief when I bought these but I am not. Would love to have the comfort of the flip flop, in a slip and oil-resistant, professional shoe with a closed heel.

The shoes arrived and as soon as I put them on they were uncomfortable. The left shoes was too tight. But I thought I would give them a chance and walked to the store in them and I got a blister on my right foot. Can't return them because I wore them... for 20 minutes before they hurt my feet.

One of the most uncomfortable shoes I'd ever bought. The comfortable sole that crocs are known for is not present on these, the rest of the material is extremely stuff, and the top rubs uncomfortably around the ankles. Immediately returned.

I got theses for Christmas and I was so happy to wear them to work and when I wore them to work my feet was killing me !!! Especially on my right foot , idk what went wrong but instead of sending them back I give them to my mom that has wear a size 10 I got them in a size 11my normal shoe size!
