From the second I opened the box I was in love! I love Vans and in general find them to be very comfortable. For reference I am a women's 8 in Nike and Brooks and in Vans wear a women's 7.5. I was worried the platform might make the shoe significantly heavier but it didn't. The platform also is not too high so that the shoe looks bulky and you look like you're awkwardly standing on top of flat blocks. The day after they arrived I wore them all day at work where I was up and down walking all over the place on my feet for 8.5 hours and they required no breaking in time. I definitely recommend them! I'm hoping Vans starts making some more platform slip-ons.

I'm a W6, and I probably should have bought these in a M4 instead of M4.5. But these are super comfy (no socks) and they get a lot of compliments. The straw part is separating from the shoe a bit, I tried super glue with no luck. Not sure of the best way to clean these?

Very cute shoe, but just too big for me in the smallest size they make in this shoe. I wish they had fit!

These are more squishy/bouncy/supportive than the regular-height slip on--LOVE that. And they DO run a half size larger than usual Vans. I'm always a Women's 7 in everything including Vans, and I got these in both a 7 and 6 1/2 and kept the latter. I've been a die hard Vans wearer for more than 20 years, so... I used to wear a platform style in the 90s that they haven't brought back yet; for those of you my age: these aren't quite so high (which is good if you're my age haha), and they are are not as loose on the foot (also a good thing. Also, the elastic on one of the shoes was uncomfortably scratching or rubbing on the top of my foot, but after a full day of wearing them it went away. I got the denim check; even though it looks gray-ish on the monitor and in real life, they match dark or light denim anyway.

Love these shoes! Super comfortable, extra cushion compared to regular vans.

Own many pairs of Vans and always in a size 8. Read the reviews and ordered 7.5 but had to return for a size 8. This pair is so cute and comfortable!

My first Vans. I love that you can slip on, and that they are comfy from first wear. I’m gonna buy the checkered ones right now!

Love these shoes. They look great and are comfy right out of the box. I generally need shoes with great arch support, which these don’t have, but the cushiony sole molds itself to the foot so it feels like good arch support.

To my surprise, these are also “ultra-cush” soles. It did not say that in the description, so it was a pleasant surprise. The fabric is a bit softer than the regular Van’s canvas but they are super-cute and comfortable. I think they run large. I usually wear a 10 and I need a 9 in these.

I listened to some of the reviews and bought a smaller size - don’t do it! I have wide feet, and the smaller size was too tight. I bought another pair in my regular size, and I’m much happier with the fit.

Love these Vans! I've had many pairs but this is my first pair of platforms. Super cute and SO comfortable. Would definitely recommend! I did feel a little awkward about the wide white sole so I didn't waste any time living in them and getting them [just a little] dirty.

I love these so much!

My regular shoe size is 8, but I have several pairs of Vans (slip-ons and lace-ups), and I always wear a 7.5. In this style, however, the 7.5 was too tight and, I think, too short. So I tried the 8, and while my heel slips a little, the fit is better. I love the denim checkerboard -- it's a bit more subtle than the classic black and white pattern.

This was my first purchase of Vans. I like the styling and the jute wrap on the platform sole. It’s a modern twist on a classic summer shoe.

It's a very cute and comfortable shoe. Iove the platform and color. But within a month of having the shoe, the rubber started to detach from the toe area. I now have a large hole and can't wear the shoes.

Fit a little too big. My foot slipped out of it. I have a few other pairs of Vans and these were loose, so returned them. Cute shoes tho!

Super cute shoe, but fits very snug across the top of my foot. Bummed to return them!
