I expected a better quality water shoe from Columbia. There are two specific complaints I have. 1. The shoe laces do not stay tied. Also they cannot be tied in a double know because they are too short. If they were tied in a double knot, they would be extremely difficult to untie when the shoe is wet. I actually trip on them while in the water and step on them causing me to lose my balance, while I am climbing up the pool ladder. 2. The tongue of the shoe needs to be wider. It does not reach down both interior sides of the shoe for comfort. I thought it was just me, so I asked my instructor (who has the same shoes) and she has the exact same problems. She actually took the shoe laces out of a different brand shoe and put them in The Columbia shoes. These need to be redesigned with new shoelaces and wider tongue.

These shoes are nice looking. For me, they would not have had enough arch support unless I put an orthotic in them. They definitely have good traction. I had to return them because of a defect in the cushioning of the left heal. Customer service was great to work with.

Such a great looking shoe, but too narrow to wear. Am very disappointed, looks like a well supported and cushioned shoe. Just cannot believe how narrow it fit.

I had to return these are they were a full size too big. Otherwise they seem like great shoes.

I bought this in July and my string pulled out this morning and I love my shoes
