Zappos. Seriously, you need to fix this. I have now ordered this shoe TWICE and have been send the MEN'S SIZE equivalent instead of the Women's size 8 I ordered. I no longer want this shoe because of the hassle of dealing with being sent the wrong size TWICE. They are going back (again). Good luck to you if you are a female and are ordering a woman's size. I would try ordering the men's size that matches your normal size instead, you may have better luck.

I love vans, I own a lot, but these are the worst shies I've ever bought. My feet are still in pain, and I haven't worn them in months. If you do buy these order 2 sizes up.

I'm not happy with these shoes. They are too narrow in the toe box and at the ball of my feet. I will be returning them for a refund.

Right out of the box I was so sad! First, they appear like they've been worn and it looks like the black on the toe is was filled in with sharpie. I've NEVER had an experience like this with vans and I've worn their shoes for 20+ years, my kid wears them. I'm honestly just baffled

I had the shoes for 8 days and the tag on the back fell off. I tried to get a replacement only to be told I would have to return them to get a refund and then repurchase them through the chat. I then called customer service only to be offered a $20 promo code to repurchase the shoes and come out of pocket $30 again and do the refund process and wait for my refund then. Why am I having to come out of pocket twice instead of Vans just replacing the product for free and I will send the others back!?!? I don't have extra money to put into a product until I get refunded! Horrible customer service on Vans part!

I'm a 7.5 & it didn't fit. I couldn't exchange them so I ordered a new pair in an 8. It doesn't fit either. I don't have wide feet and the design is painful.

Shows are extremely narrow. After wearing for a few hours my legs and feet were numb. I will probably have them stretched because I like the shoe but I shouldn't have this issue with a shoe with such a high cost. Disappointed

I bought the very first pair of this style when it came out, the sole basically dissolved the bottom rubber was cheaper then an off brand croc, after 1 month of wearing the treads we're completely worn smooth.

Shoe felt tighter than other Vans in same size. Was anticipating it to fit like a glove and stretch more with foot movement based on design, but did not. Shoe made a sound when walking.

I cannot comment on the sizing, comfort or arch support because I could not get my foot into this very attractive shoe. I have a relatively instep, enough that some slip-on shoes are problematic, but none have ever been as bad as this shoe. I could get perhaps a third of my foot into it.
