These fit well and are very comfortable, you can feel a bit of a spring as you walk. They could use more arch support but are quite comfortable anyways. The soles have good grip on most surfaces though there was a tile floor that was quite slick, but I believe that was do to grease on the floor rather than the shoes.

These Deep Pacific/Pigment kicks are sweet-looking and comfortable. I typically wear a size 9.5 in athletic shoes but the half-size smaller 9s felt better. Thus far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. And, of course, as always, returns/exchanges are super easy with Zappos.

Good shoe but I need more arch!

I bought these in a 14 and they seemed way longer and wider for some reason. I returned them and plan on buying a smaller size.

Size runs too small

As soon as these shoes arrived i put them on. I wear them and they are fantastic . I have problems getting the right shoes to fit properly for my feet. These are wonderful and would recommend these shoes to anyone.

I normally purchase 11-4E but went with 12-4E due to the reviews suggesting they run small and to guarantee room for foot swelling in my longer races. I had the first opportunity to try them out this weekend at a 40 Mile trail race. They were very comfortable and had wonderful cushioning. I was a little concerned about the long tongue causing friction with my ankle but it wasn't a problem. I have only one complaint; the foam inserts would not stay firmly in place. The one on the left kept curling and bending when I was climbing hills. Fortunately, I had dropped my old pair of sneakers at the midpoint of the race and swapped inserts at 20 miles. They worked perfectly over the second half of the course. They also handled the streams and mud pits quite well; quickly draining and cleaning up quickly.

Slightly narrow but works for my sons foot. These shoes are super lightweight but still have a good feel for support. We should have had my son break them in a bit. He said his feet felt sore but running for track practice probably wasn’t the best first time to try them out. He does say he really likes them though.

This is a good-looking shoe! I bought them for my husband who tends to like a black sneaker (I don't!) This one in Dark Phantom gives you a nice dark profile with a little more street style. Typical fit and comfort you'd expect from New Balance.

Agree with another reviewer that it seemed smaller than normal for a New Balance shoe. That aside, this isn't my favorite Fresh Foam shoe from New Balance but still very good and will use for a while.

Fit was right, shoe is good. My only suggestion would be memory foam insert as I hike rocky mountain trails and felt rocks after 5 mile or so. Otherwise a good choice

I ordered these for my husband. He wears a 13 4E and wanted a light sneaker for daily use. We tried three pairs or New Balance and one pair of Asics. He is keeping the other two New Balance running sneakers and sending this one back. He said the foot bed was not as comfortable as the New Balance Arishi v1 or the NB Fuelcore Coast v4 city stealth and he did not like the style. I agree with the style. It made his foot look huge and the pattern reminded us of a golf ball.

Shoe looks great. Overall fit is a bit small. The cheap rubber tongue makes the shoe uncomfortable to wear, as it rubs against ankle.

Good looking shoe that has been very comfortable so far. Many of the other reviews I have read said seem to say these run a 1/2 size smaller than usual but I find them to be on point if not a bit bigger and a plenty of room for width. So far great shoe for the price.

I got a 1/2 size bigger than normal given some of the reviews I had read. I wish I had just went with my normal size. I'm going to keep them given I bought them on sale with a coupon code too, but I wish I had just gone with my normal size.

I really liked these- it was just my pesky hammertoe hurting that made me return them.

PROS: The shoes are very comfortable with long hours spent on my feet. The style is fairly subdued which is a plus for me. CONS: the material feels very plasticy and the tongue on the right shoe is a literal 1/2” longer than the tongue on the left show. The tongue sticks out a lot because of this.

Wow! If you like skin tight shoes, these are for you. Otherwise go with the Wide.

No category here for weird arch support. Shoe felt fine except it pressed into the outside of my arches. Maybe the arch support was way too high, but usually that affects my inside arch. I really wanted to like these shoes, they looked good, I liked the rubber outsole, but ultimately I would have never worn them because of the weird arch. New Balance lists them as neutral running shoes; they are not.
