The leather on these is very stiff and unforgiving on the feet. Additionally, my feet slid forward in the shoes, which severely crunched my feet. Very painful. Love the look though - very cute shoes.

I wear a 9, but the 9 medium was too tight (painful). I tried the 9 wide and it was way too big, falling off my feet. Too bad because these are really nice looking shoes. Never did try the 9.5, it's out of stock now.

I loved these shoes, but they were too long for me and they don't come smaller.

These shoes were comfortable and stylish enough, but both shoes squeaked with every step! I can't squeak walking down the aisle at my granddaughter's wedding!

Ughhh. Just got these yesterday. Should have listened to the reviews. These shoes were too big as I could get my finger in between foot and heel. Sorry to say they are going back

So pretty and so uncomfortable. Why do all the pointy shoes have such tight toe boxes?! Yes they fit but not practical for walking or standing for any length of time. Big nope!

These were the perfect color and style for my needs. The tops were to pointed to be comfortable. Thanks Zappos for letting me try them!

shoe was fine except wide at heel. don't think an insert would even help.

These are "true to size" in that they really are a C, not a D. I have a very wide instep, and these pinched my toes too much. Within about five seconds of putting them on, it was obvious they would have to go back. Too bad, because they were reasonably cute.

Had to return. Ordered in my usual 7W but was too long and too narrow. Beautiful stylish pump in a great light beige color but the fit was off for me.

Love the way the shoe looks on my foot, it has a nice cut across the front, a very slight angel across the top of the toes instead of rounded, looks good. Unfortunately, they are too big, I usually wear a 10N, this is what I ordered, don't know if a 91/2N would fit or be too small. The insole feels very soft but the leather isn't as soft as some other shoes of similar style

I really, really, really wanted these to fit. And I figured they'd be a softer shoe, being Naturalizer, but it was like they were made out of concrete. Didn't even want to know if they would wear in over time. Back they go.

These were really stiff and uncomfortable. Ran a tad small, and didn't seem like they had any give in them to stretch. Lovely neutral color though.

I got these because I have another pair of Naturalizer pumps with the N5 technology. These fit nothing like the other pair. Disappointing!

I wear a true size 11 AA. This shoe was okay in length and ball of foot width, but was gaping outward on both sides. Very undesirable and simply not a shoe for a narrow fit. I am in the search for a good pump that fits like a glove, not a flip flop.

If you're ordering a wide version, plan on ordering an entire size smaller than your average sneaker or sandal size-even if you can never fit an entire size smaller. These run large. I wear a 9 almost always and an 8...never until now...had to return for an 8. The 8 fit perfect length and width wise. They were comfy but I returned these because the padding at the ball of the feet made a loud squishing noise with every step.

The footbed of the shoe was wide enough, but the shoe was cut so low that it rubbed right against my bunion. Overall, the shoe was uncomfortable and in no way worth the price.
