I really wanted to like these! The plaid print is cute, and the sale price is great, but sadly the material is very stiff and uncomfortable. I have this style in the black leather and they are wonderfully comfortable! Just ordered a suede so fingers crossed there are as nice as the leather ones.

I already own a black pair of this shoe, and thought the white would be nice to wear with my summer dresses when I want more comfortable shoe to walk in compared to the kitten heels I typically wear. I give the black pair 5 stars, but the white weren't as comfortable . . . the leather felt stiff. Also the top seam was slightly different between the two white shoes. The other problem I have is the shade of white . . . I would say my dresses have a bright, clean shade of white fabric, but these shoes are even brighter and whiter. I felt like I had on an old fashion pair of white nurse's shoes! They are going back, but again, I loved the black leather ones and may get another pair.

OMG! This shoe was so wonderful and I adored it the moment I put it on. It was so ridiculously comfortable. But, it was way too small. I wear a size 10 normally. Although Steve Madden does make this in an 11, sadly Zappos doesn't carry it in that size. Otherwise I would absolutely get this shoe.

These shoes are insanely soft, a very buttery smooth suede. I adore them style wise but am concerned they won't last. True to size and maybe a tad narrow. For the price, I wish the shoe was sturdier and built to last. But they are stunning!

The shoe was cute and felt comfortable, but the color had a purple tint to it, so I returned. It didn't go with my grey clothes so I wouldn't have worn them.

Very comfortable! There was no break-in period at all with these shoes.

This is a remarkably comfortable shoe for the price and the pointy toe. I wear a 9.5 and the 10 fit perfectly.

These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. These shoes rub against the back of your foot leading to blisters.

These shoes were comfortable and soft, but looked too narrow on my feet. They bulged out too much towards the toe. Had to return.

I’m really bummed about these. I’ll be returning them because unfortunately they are a tad too narrow. I’m tempted to keep them because I love the style so much and they are very comfortable, but I think they just don’t look right. I’m disappointed they don’t have a wide width option.

The shoe is really pretty but doesn't look like it will hold up well. It also seems to run small - was very tight in the toes.

Comfortable flat, but without any arch support they look a little awkward on my narrow feet. They are true to size and if you do not require arch support they are perfect.

Even though I ordered the wide, this shoe was way too narrow at the toe. Likely due to the extreme point. I could probably work them and they would give a bit, but the shoes made my foot look very wide. Didn't care for the look.

I have the tan version of this shoe and perfect fit and very comfortable. However, I had to return the black ones because 1) the top of shoe looked cheap and not well approximated and 2) the material was stiff and cut into tops of my feet.

The shoe is great, I have bought these before and when they wear out I buy again. First time purchasing from Zappos since SM has discontinued this shoe on their website. My 3 star review for overall is due to the fact that they came with the leather scuffed on each shoe in several spots. Only little scuffs but disappointing nonetheless for a new shoe purchase. Not worth the hassle of returning since it is minimal. Other than that, a great shoe for business casual dress! Highly recommend.

Wide did not seem wide at all. Could not put foot in.

So these fit great and they look stylish. They are very flat and offer no support. The leather is very flimsy and bows out with each step. The way the leather is cut on the edges of the shoes is very sharp too. It would be impossible to wear a sock or footie with these and they felt like they would cut my feet up.

They are really soft, but they were too narrow. Beautiful shoe if you have very medium to narrow foot.

True to size

Very cute shoe and I really want to love them, but they just don't work if you have long toes with the point tip.

This is a cute flat if you have a wide, short foot. The toe area was uncomfortably tight in my size (5) and a half size up (5.5). I even went up a whole size, and then it was falling off the back of my foot.

These were tiny little shoes. They’re a one-way ticket to Bunion Town. Order a half size up at least or a wide.

I am a 7 size. Bought half size up. Its very comfortable, but because of the design of the show, it creates a crease along the top of the shoe. So I would have gone for a broad so as not to create the crease
