We purchased these shoes while vacationing in Florida. Our daughter loves Mickey Mouse and loves her light up shoes so this was the perfect fit! Unfortunately after 3 days of use the left shoe stopped lighting up. Contacted customer support and without a receipt, they are understandably, unable to help us with a replacement shoe. Who can manage to keep all of their reciepts while on vacation though? I tried but seem to have lost the one I actually needed. Unless you like them just for the way they look without lighting up, don't waste your money.

My 3 year old was excited to see his mickey mouse clog light up, but after wearing them once, the light won't go off even when he put them off. By the time he woke up the next day and tried them on, they won't light up AGAIN!!!

all the lights do not work

Hard to fit toddlers that have thick feet. The opening is too small.

My son loved them but the light in the shoe only lasted a month.

My son loves these! But within a couple days of wearing them, the coloring has rubbed off significantly and they look like we have had them for a long time instead of a few days

like many of the other reviews, the lights just don't hold up, they need a USB port to charge the batteries or something

Cute but the back strap cut up my 3 year olds heel. Disappointed since they were expensive and he won't wear them now. I bought no label croc style and they do not hurt him.

Would not recommend solely based on the lights not working. Super cute shoe and my daughter (2 y/o) was soooo excited for the Minnie Mouse light up shoes, but after TWO DAYS the lights do NOT work. Poor thing was so upset when she tried to light it up and it didn't. Just the disappointment on her face broke my heart. A pricey shoe for it not work after two days.

the bright and colored color is erased where the lights quickly get a well-worn look.

My little princess love this crocs, but the left shoe doesn't even light up anymore (worked only 3 weeks) and the white band scratch easy.

I'm so disappointed that because the light only one is working.

Not true to size l ordered the exact size I have at home and they didn't fit my sons feet. He wore for one day and his heals were falling off and he complained of sore feet from that.

Lights stopped working after 2 days

Horrible, one of them didn't even work/light up. We were leaning to Disney so we couldn't exchange them but disappointed that they arrived that way.

They are already broken, I would think they would last longer than 2.5 months

They were a gift for my grandson and when he opened them only one croc lite up I was very disappointed with them . Try taking them off a toddler who loves Mickey to return !!! He is walking around with one croc that lights up .

Only 1 shoe lights up.

My girl really disappointed as the pair received not working well. The lights are not working probably on one side. I emailed the customer service but they didn't reply.
