I am really bummed that the wides were so narrow. My daughter wears a brace and these shoes will not accommodate. Otherwise the shoes are adorable

My daughter wore these shoes for two days, and the elastic band on the top of one shoe snapped and broke. This made the shoes totally unwearable. I expect better quality from stride rite. I re-ordered a second pair, hoping that this pair was defective and it won't happen again.

Having very wide feet my daughter rarely gets fun shoes. These light up so she is thrilled to FINALLY have sneakers like everyone else!

My daughter tried Skechers, New Balance, Geox, and these, and these were the only shoes that fit her comfortably. Perfect P.E. shoes!

The wide ran narrow, my daughter couldn’t get them on by herself. She was very dissolved that we had to return them.

I wish I had listened to other reviews. I ordered an 8.5W for my daughter who was measuring almost a size 8. Length-wise, they were fine. They most definitely were not a wide width. I literally could not squeeze my daughter's foot in them (and her foot is not that wide). Disappointing because she was excited about the lights and to have new shoes... but I had to sent them back today.

They are very cute looking, but run narrow. We ordered a wide and it pinched my daughters foot around where the laces are.

I was disappointed with this purchase and am returning. I ordered a whole size larger than my daughter's current Stride Rite sneaker, and this sneaker somehow seemed tighter and narrower - I had the worst time even getting it on my daughter's foot, let alone her doing it herself. I was also very disappointed by the sole of the sneaker. It appeared as though the brand name "Stride Rite" was just used on a much lower quality shoe. There is hardly any tread on the bottom. Will not order this brand again.

We normally love Stride Rite for their wide shoes, but this wide shoe ran very normal. It was the width of a normal shoe, but marked wide. Had to return because it wasn't wide enough. My daughter was sad, as she loved the design of the shoe. Very cute, just didn't fit!
