Its my third pair- i love them so much i wear them all the time and wear them out.

The fit was perfect, but I have a tender spot on top of my foot from an injury and could not wear this one.

The size and fit are perfect, true to size. Super comfortable w arch support. They are my go to summertime, beach and gardening shoe!

These seem to be the only regular width EVA Birkenstocks available. The Arizona style is slightly more comfortable but I’m just happy to have found a version with the width I need!

Just as comfortable as the cork footbed Birkenstock’s, but lasts longer and looks so much cleaner. I LOVE these shoes for everyday casual Summer wear!

These shoes are probably great if you have "normal" toes. My 3rd toe is as long as my big toe and due to the contouring of the lip of the shoes these are impossible for me to wear comfortably. Soooooo sad.

I have multiple pairs of Gizehs - leather, Birkoflor, and the rubbery essentials. So comfortable and cute - I wear them constantly all summer!

I’ve always loved my Birkenstocks, I especially love these because I can get them wet. They’re comfortable just like regular Birkenstocks, but I feel like they’re even better because they always look clean and I can water the plants with them outside, etc. Awesome purchase!

Fits like a regular Birkenstock, but with the benefit of being waterproof! Not quite as supportive as the same shoe with a cork footbed though.

I almost never write a review. But now I must, just to help others. I am a size 6.5 to 7. The 37 was a full size too large. The 36 was a perfect fit. You need to seriously size down on these. Otherwise, great shoes.

Ok, I wish there were more styles in the Essentials. I hesitated for YEARS because I thought they looked cheap and I have many other of the standard Birks in various styles that I prefer. I finally broke down when I decided I simply cannot wear flip flops anymore (terrible on my feet & tendons into my legs - no matter how much they cost & promise arch support!) but needed something waterproof to wear in and around water when out on the boat. Upon first wear I wasn't impressed. The toe post felt stiff and bulky and the material of the footbed felt odd under my feet. Fast forward 3 weeks and I find them very comfortable (maybe a little more so than my other Birks due to the cushion in the footbed from the foam) and wear them all around the property (we have livestock) as they're also so much easier to clean than my standard Birks! Time will tell how they hold up in comparison though....

Classic Birkenstock Gizeh comfort and style, in a more affordable and water-friendly material. They are basically weightless, but still look and feel high quality. Got these for an island vacation and received tons of compliments, and ended up wearing them more than my regular Arizonas or any of the other shoes I brought with me. Anyone who loves Birks should grab a pair of these for days at the beach, lake, waterpark, etc. or even just to wear around the house.

Agree with other reviewers that the size does run small; I normally wear 8-8.5 in women’s shoes and the 38 (Women’s 7-7.5) fit great. They molded to my feet after a few weeks of wearing and thankfully I didn’t experience any squeaking.

They fit perfectly and it was true to size. I purchased a pair last year and was very happy with my purchase then also. I have had many compliments and recommend these sandals to anyone who wants it all.
