I usually wear an 8.5 - 9 so I ordered these in a 9 based on the advice above that it may run a half size small. The shoes felt very narrow and they were a bit too long so the heel rode up with every step and would have rubbed off skin if I had tried walking even a block in them. Sadly, I will have to return these.
