I had ordered the 8.5 WW and I walked right out of this shoe. The blue suede is gorgeous. I wish it had fit. sending back.

heel too narrow for my foot

Uneven fit between left and right foot. I normally buy 8.5 W or 9. I bought 9W in this one because I sensed that 8.5W wont work. I tried these on and the right shoe kept coming off at the heel as I walked. The right one was perfect! Will have to return it!

The toes of the shoes are SQUARISH!! I prefer a rounded toe-I could see the possibility of stumbling with the square toe look! Am sending the shoes back.

I love the Trotters brand, and have never had an issue with them, until this pair. I have hard-to-fit narrow feet, usually because the shoes are not narrow enough. This pair, however was SO NARROW, that I could not even get my foot into them. Yes, I chose "Felt true to size", as they appeared long enough, but, way too tight width wise. Even the top of the shoe that goes over the toes was extremely tight. Rats! They are very pretty, but not for me.

These shoes were so cute that I wanted them to fit, but when I replaced the removable footbed with my orthotics, they were too tight, mostly in the height.

I wear 8 or 8 1/2 and the 8 1/2 did not fit well in some spots. The band rubbed the top of my foot and I ended up with a blister on my heel - both unusual for me with an 8 1/2, so I returned the item. They did seem very supportive and would have otherwise been comfortable. Note that the accents are iridescent, which I didn't expect. It made them appear cheaper and/or an older style.

I can't keep ballet slippers on my feet, but I thought the elastic would make these work for me. It didn't. Too bad. These are really cute shoes.
