Extremely narrow. Does run 1 size too big. I am a 10. Ordered a 9. But, beware wide feet gals. Toe box is EXTREMELY narrow & tight. Also the insole will not come out. So you can't put in your own. Lastly, the sole of the shoe is like wearing a brick on your feet. NO flexibility. I honestly do not know how anyone can wear these. Adorable as all hell, but so damn uncomfortable! Had to send back.

I have a pair of white converse low top chucks and I bought size 6 for them and had them for years now. I am always a size 7 but with converse I know i'm a size smaller so I assumed it would be the same for these platform shoes. Well I was wrong. They were soooo tight and I even tried to put socks in there to stretch it out a little bit overnight and nothing. I wanted to get a size 6.5 but they are sold out. I had a friends and family discount when I bought them and when I asked Zappos CS to honor me the same discount for when the 6.5 are back in stock I can purchase right away and they gave me a hard time and won't give it to me. I want to give this 6.5 a chance because I do love the shoes (the style) and if Zappos is going to give me a hard time I rather go somewhere else. i'm always a size 7 because I have wide feet, if I had narrow feet, i'll probably be 5.5 to 6. I went to a local Nordstrom and the 7 was too big and they had no 6.5 available (assuming many people are having the same problem as me).

your size chart is crap! you made me make a mistake! i ordered a 9.5 acording to your chart and then the shoe has a different size chart in its inside.
