Did not fit, was to narrow even though it said wide with

too narrow for a wide

I owned a pair of these shoes that I had to return to the retail store when the sole came unglued. They were comfortable shoes, so I ordered the same size from Zappo's. These are way tighter and smaller than my previous pair. I can't find anything on the shoe that shows the size. Either the company has a quality control problem or these are mis-marked because the difference in size is significant.
