Honestly, what is so hard about designing a stylish and feminine, oxford lace up shoe to fit and flatter a wider foot. I wear. and ordered, a 9 Wide. I am a fit adult, on my feet a lot. I choose not to wear higher healed shoes for my comfort and lifestyle. These shoes, even those sized as wide width, are NOT WIDE AT ALL. They are not even a true 9. They are too short, and too narrow. My big toe hit the top/end of the shoe as soon as I put it on, bare foot. Disappointed yet again. Too bad as the look is cute.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this one was worth the time. I absolutely love these shoes. I’ve been looking for a stylish but comfortable shoe for a long time and have been particular about it. Some were stylish but not comfortable and viceversa, these were the perfect combo! My feet are on the narrow side but the fit and support are perfect.

The shoes are amazing, super light, super stylish, and immediately comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better fit! it’s very rare that I’m able to get a shoe out of the box and be on my feet all day at work and not come home with sore feet because I had to break them in. I wear a women’s size 12 and I have a slightly wide foot (where a normal width can sometimes be too tight but a wide shoe can a lot of the times be too loose) so it’s difficult for me to find stylish and cute shoes that are not only work appropriate but comfortable. These check all the boxes and I would highly recommend them!

Returning these was a heartbreaker! I loved these shoes and thought they were so super cute! I wear a 10N and ordered a 10N. They were too short and my heels slipped out of them when I walked, so I know the next size up wouldn’t work. If they fit your feet, though, get them!

Great fit except for the heel. With or without my arch orthotic, the shoe's heel was always slipping off the back of my foot. I have wide feet, bunions and arches that collapse with each step. Had to return!

Very cute shoes but although the description said "leather" the shoes I received said "synthetic upper" and "manmade materials." This was disappointing. I wanted real leather, especially since these sized wide shoes felt narrow, and I don't think a synthetic upper would work. This has never happened before with Zappos.

I was looking for an Oxford style shoe and these for the bill. Unfortunately, they are TERRIBLE quality. First, the sole is uneven in the toe. I didn't notice this right away, but I should of sent them back when I did because it is indicative of the poor quality. Second, the sole is already pulling apart. I sit at a desk all day and am not particularly hard on my shoes, but alas the some started coming apart at the heel. For over a hundred bucks, you can find a better quality shoes. I basically threw money away. So frustrating!

Love the style and comfort and that I can use my orthotics. BUT after wearing them maybe a dozen times, the soles began to separate. The thin rubber sole attached to the thick one is pulling away from the heal and toe. See the photo. I've only used them for office wear, not traveling or long walks. So disappointed! I expected better quality. The uppers look almost new.

These beautiful shoes fit my narrow feet really well - as long as I have on thin socks or none at all. The tie-up style is doing a great job holding my heel down and they're gorgeous - not fuddy duddy like the limited choices typically available for 12 narrow feet like mine.

I got navy. I love them. I had to return my 8N for 8.5N. I strongly recommend ordering a half size up. I’m consistently an 8N in other shoes and when measured. I have pretty high arches and can actually feel the supports in this pair. I haven’t walked around in them yet, though. I’m excited they seem narrow enough for me, because sometimes narrow is a bit wide.

This shoe is cute, but not sure it's actually a wide width. My foot is a 10.5 and between B-C width. The 11W runs very narrow, and the bed of the shoe doesn't really feel like a wide (you can see the sides of my foot over the edge of the shoe bed). Cute, but returning.

I ordered these because I need some new shoes for work that are slip resistant, black, and won’t hurt my feet after long serving shifts. Unfortunately, I don’t think these are going to work out. The cushion is comfortable but these are supposed to be wide width and they are still pretty narrow. I have no room to wiggle my toes and I have a feeling that I would end up with blisters if I tried to work a shift in them. They also look a little like old lady shoes in person which is not what I was expecting. For $120 (with tax), I can’t justify keeping these. They fit and function like a $10 shoe.

This is a fairly comfortable shoe. It did not slip on my heal and the size was fine for my narrow foot. The style was very dowdy looking. A brown sole would have helped it look a little more stylish. I found other shoes that had both comfort and style so these when back.

I am so happy with these shoes! They are super comfortable right out of the box and the styling is perfect. They run a tiny bit narrower than I’d expected but still fit well.

Fit my narrow heel and the shoe is deep enough for my custom orthotics (with the insole removed). Comfy from the get-go. Size (11) is short/small however. No room to spare at toe whereas I usually have some. Large toe just hits end of shoe on one foot, but still comfy. Concerned about keeping white sole white, but first day smudges washed off fine with a bit of soap and a brush. Sprayed shoe and sole as well with waterproofing/nubuck protector, thinking this would make the sole easier to clean.

I love these shoes! I did have to return the first pair and order them in wide. I've never had to order wide shoes before. These run very narrow, in my opinion. Even with the wide width, the shoes look good. They don't look wide. I think they are cool! I ordered the sand color. Love them!

I ordered 10 1/2 and 11, both wide, with the intent on returning the pair that didn't fit right. The 10 1/2 fit, and are wide. They came out of the box with the soles dirty, as if they've been worn. Though they don't look to have been worn otherwise - just the soles were dirty. The 11 W turned out to be a narrow shoe, otherwise no difference in the length between the two. Good arch support, no seam line at my bunion, good cushion on the bottom. As other reviewers have mentioned, they're roomy at back of foot, but not horribly so for me. Can recommend.

Wanted to love this shoe but I have wide flat feet and there was not enough room in the toe.

The shoes look great. Originally, I was disappointed in the fit. The heel back didn’t come up high enough to hug my heel. The arch support was well padded but unfortunately I already supinate so it felt very unstable. I took out the insoles which remove easily and everything fit so much better. The shoes seemed a tad wider, the heel reached up the back of my foot better and I could walk with much greater stability. They aren’t as wide as I would like but they are certainly comfortable enough to break in. After an initial disappointment, I am very happy with these shoes.

I didn't bother trying it on. I have wide troll feet. See picture. This is definitely not what I would call a wide shoe. Super cute though--too bad.

These look cute online and maybe they are in small sizes but a size 10 looked like a mans shoe. They were also very narrow. I returned them.

Really nice looking oxford. Unfortunately my toe hit the front of the toe box making them too uncomfortable to walk in; they don’t come in a size 12-1/2 so I had to return them.

Based on other reviewers feedback, I ordered the wide, even though I usually wear a medium width, and 1/2 size up, which turned out to fit pretty well. Pointed toes aren't really my thing and I found the heel cup to be short, so I'm returning them, but the real sticking point is that they just don't seem very well made. The vamp on one shoe was sewn unevenly, making the laces slant, plus the leather on the toe area seemed maybe too soft and not super durable. Also the industrial glue smell was pretty strong out of the box.

So frustrating when a ‘wide’ is too narrow in the toe area. Maybe the suede will stretch, but I’m over buying shoes that might fit later.
