I was extremely disappointed in my purchase. The Crocs that I ordered and recieved were not of the quality of merchandise that I am used to getting. The straps on the back broke off the 2and day that I wore them. I tried contacting customers service without any success.

I have two pairs of Crocs for years. I decided to replace them . I order the 7's that I had previously had only to find out they came in a range 5-7 which caused them to be very tight and therefore not wearable.
I then ordered a size 8 only to find out they came in a range as well 8 - 10 which proved to large.
In both cases I kept what I have and sent them back.

I asked for a specific size and they came as a range. the 5 - 7 was too tight and the 8-10 was too large.
So I was forced to return both orders and continue wearing my old Crocs.

I'm a nurse and I bought these shoes because they're suppose to be good for being on your feet for long periods of time. The inside feels like they took the soles out and the material feels like you're walking on concrete. Within an hour of being at work my feet is pulsating.

I've been buying Crocs Clogs for years, and without question the most comfortable type are the Classic ones; yet what should be at least as comfortable are these Specialist II's, since they're designed for working in; but there's virtually no cushioning in them, so those little nubby things dig into your soles; but even if they eliminated them, a pair of dress shoes would be more comfortable than these things! I should have read all the reviews before, rather than after, I bought em, because I'm not the only one who feels the way I do about these things.

I've been buying the same size Crocs (to use as slippers) for many years. This pair is definitely shorter in length and not as roomy. I like to wear booties on my feet when I wear my "slipper" pairs. I can barely get my foot into this pair of Crocs with my booties. It is a very tight fit and very uncomfortable.

I have ordered this shoe many times for more than 10 years, well not this shoe; since it has changed dramatically. I sent them all back! The size and structure have changed and I could not possibly keep the shoe on. What a disappointment!

I've been buying the old Specialist for years. I'd hoped the Specialist II would be similar but it's not at all.
The first thing I noticed is that there's little to no arch support compared to the Specialist.
The Specialist II felt harder and more flat inside.
Next I noticed the Specialist II were wider than even my older worn in Specialist.
Even so I thought I'd wear a pair around the house for the day. I got cramps all through my calves, and I realized the Specialist II is also shorter than the Specialist. My toes were compressed against the front of the shoe and bruised by the end of the day.
I'm disappointed. I relied on crocs and have bought only crocs for about 10 years. It was helpful to know exactly which model to buy. Previously, every time I bought a new pair, it fit as I expected. This new version is nothing like the old one. And with fewer croc stores near me, I'm not sure how I'll find a different model that fits my foot correctly.
- Bring back the old Specialist please.

I thought they were slip resistant but they were not. When they were delivered they were thrown on my porch and the bag was open and shoes had fallen out. Very dissatisfied

These are not slip resistant at all, if you work in a kitchen don't get these or your boss will send you home if the company requires slip resistant shoes. I almost got fired for wearing these and since their on sale theirs no returns. If I could give these a 0 star I would. Not at all meant for kitchen work!!!!

I loved the other pair of work crocs that I wore to work for about 6 months but they wore down, as I am on my feet for 10-12 hours a day. I decide on these and immediately they gave my feet pains, but thinking it was just due to the shoes being new. After months of hoping they would get softer they have not. And now they caused my heals to get really callused. Very disappointed with these shoes.

Very disappointed. I have purchased three pair of crocs in the last year hoping to find a pair as comfortable as the originals used to be and will not waste my money on trying any more. I'm done with crocs.
