Everything from the style to the quality of the fanorak was great. My only complaint was the length of the item. It fits almost like a shirt dress, which I was not a fan of. I wish that they would have shortened the length so that it ends at the waist and not by my thighs.

I got a lot of complements when I was wearing it. They said it looks good on me.

I love this anorak. Great colors, and it's super lightweight. I live in San Diego, so it's good for hiking in the mountains around the county. Only thing I'd change about this anorak is the pull-string detail under the front pocket and around the body of the jacket. Doesn't look good when synched-up...looks pretty frumpy. Otherwise I love it!

I am 5'4" , 125 lbs and consistently wear Xs or small. I ordered a small in the fanorak and it felt tight across the chest and arms (I'm a 32 C). And the fit is narrow. It would only fit over a tank or fitted t shirt. It honestly doesn't feel like it would block much wind and it really doesn't provide any warmth so I'm not sure when I'd wear it! It was returned!

My husband and I each bought one of the fanoraks and we are thrilled with it. However, there was no instruction on how to fold it into a fanny pack on the jacket or on this site. We finally figured it out, but somewhere it should explain just how to do that. We cruise a lot so they will be perfect. Thanks

Since we have been getting more rain in So Cal I decided to purchase a "rain jacket." I like this jacket but I have not used it as much as I wish I would have for the following reasons 1. It's very light, no warmth whatsoever, I could layer but then it be too bulky and maybe constricting? 2. The color, I bought the pink/salmon one since it was on sale and they did not have any left in any other color BUT I feel like it's a little to bright for me and makes me feel like I'm 12 years old. Jacket is nice, and since we have more rain coming soon, I might just give it another try. I am 5'6 . 185lbs. 34DD and size med for perfect.

I loved the jacket, the feel, fit, colors, BUT the pocket in the front that turns into a fanny pack was the WORST. Terrible design. It makes you look like you have a tummy from the side view. The bag and the straps and clip are all inside the bag in the jacket. It just looks bulky. If you can get past that, the jacket is great. IF you dont want to look pregnant, well then, return it like I did..

The product is good but since it was my first time shopping i used the size calculator that told me i should order a size L, once the package arrived i put it on and it was too big, i think i shoul probably get an M, or even i think an S. Since i was traveling next day upon arrival of the jacket to Orlando and it was raining i had to use it and I couldn't return it to get a smaller size, so I'm stuck with a nice jacket but that fits too big and I can't even give it to my husband since the color its light pink T_T

This was very thin for price. You could probably go without jacket than wear this. Color pretty but what ever you have on shows through. Large on me and I normally wear large in north face.

I use this for hiking, as well as Social events like Town parties/ Concerts. It was pretty water resistant for 20 minutes of constant rain. But after that 20 minutes hit I felt like a drowned cat. I like how its convertible because I just folded it up in fanny pack form and went on my way, getting wet, but no more than I had already been.

I am not a super large woman. I am 175 lbs and 5'7". The xl size was definitely not super roomy on me and the sleeves are short and tight almost to the elbow. I have pretty small/normal size forearms. The colors are absolutely adorable and the use as a fanny pack is wonderful for my outdoorsy life, but the sleeves are a total bummer. If I had paid full price for this I would have to return it, but I got it half off, so I can live with it. It's just super annoying to have short sleeves that I cant push up.

I use this jacket while it sailing. It has a good front pocket, and protects against light rain or spray. Super cute. I just wish it were a bit better quality. Certainly would not hold up on a down pour.

I ordered this for a running jacket. It turned out to be too boxy and didn’t have any ventilation, which I wanted for a running jacket. Returned it for those reasons.

I love the jacket but following the size guide I ordered it too big. Also the drawstring was sewed onto the lining so I couldn't adjust it. Disappointed only because it's a great looking jacket.

Wind resistant and keeps you warm, but during my first time wearing it in the rain (not even excessively heavy rain), the jacket soaked through to my clothes. Not what I was expecting at all.

I wanted to love this windbreaker. I am in love with the design and I was in the market for a very light windbreaker for warmer days. The con for this jacket was the whole design and fit. I am 5'3 short wasted and very wide hips. The draw string sat right on hips and was very unflattering. Also left clumps of material under my arms. Also the drawstring did not appear to have a way to stay tightened. I was have to say if you have very thin this might give you some shape. I was forced to return and try some more jackets.

I was so disappointed in this jacket. I wore it recently on a trip to Scotland and had to use my blow dryer to dry it daily. It soaked through to my hoodie. Thankfully, I brought my down jacket and had to wear it underneath as a second shield after my hoodie got wet. It is not waterproof!! I wish I could get my money back on this purchase.

I love Northface jackets and own several. They always fit perfectly and are very flattering and the quality is always top notch. However, I feel like people were paid to write the reviews for this Fanorak. This Fanorak was extremely thin and would not be what you want even if it is raining lightly or a slight wind. I also didn't like the fit. I usually get XL so it doesn't feel tight in the shoulders. The XL was fine in the shoulders but it was like a tent around the middle. You could easily wear this if you are 9 months pregnant. It was not flattering at all. I'm returning right away. Thank goodness for free returns.
