Great sandal except for material. If you wear these alot, the material wears pills up and his uncomfortable as it doesn't wear well. I would not buy again for that reason.

Vionic footwear is wonderful... When you can actually find a style/size that fits. Reviews said this slipper ran big (and I was hoping that meant wide also) -- so I took a chance on a women's 12 (I normally take a men's 12) -- and the length worked -- but they are too narrow for me. Unfortunately Vionic doesn't make a 12W for women (in any style). The slipper style I like in the men's sizes has been discontinued by Vionic (of course). I wish Vionic would make GRACIE and RELAX in men's sizes. Yeah -- some men won't like the fuzzy appearance -- but judging from reviews I'm not the only woman buying men's sizes. And this is a slipper for inside/around the house. Some men might like the softness in the privacy of their own home. Just saying!

Mom has had 2 pairs of the Vionic Relax (which is the slide version of this slipper) and loves them. They are comfortable for the house and yet very supportive. The terry footbed does wear as mentioned by another reviewer. She wore the tan pair daily for 8 months before she was unhappy with how it showed dirt. (Doesn't matter how clean your feet are -- slipper footbeds get dirty here.) We ordered the black pair and those have lasted for 2.5 years of almost daily use. Meanwhile the tan pair was used outside around the yard and they have worn through the footbed by now -- almost 3 years later -- used about 7xs a month outside after 8 months of daily wear inside. We ordered the light gray Gracie because she wanted to try the new style -- the black Relax are still in use. She likes Gracie even better than Relax as she does prefer a thong slipper. Now the reason for the 1-star overall rating... The soles of the light gray Gracie flaked and peeled off. We noticed dark flakes on our light kitchen and bathroom tiles and finally narrowed them down to Mom's Gracie slippers. Zappos exchanged the pair -- no problem there. Unfortunately the same thing is happening with the replacement. Zappos is crediting us the cost and we will reorder in a different color to see if the same thing happens. Mom does LOVE these slippers! The peeling pair are going back to Zappos -- and back to Vionic if they want them to see what's going on.

I really wanted to like these. They have great arch support, are comfortable and great for around the house. But, after wearing them for about 2 weeks the thong or upper part has stretched out so much that they flop around on my feet and are dangerous to wear. For the price, I would've expected greater longevity of the fit. Will not buy this style again.
