I wanted a comfortable black sandal with arch support. I was kinda resigned that I would have to sacrifice style for comfort but not so. Obviously it's not a dress sandal but it's cute with capris and t-shirt dress.

I wish you had this sandal in a dozen colors. I have walked DAYS and DAYS at Walt Disney World in this sandal without tiring my feet or a single rub mark. I still have a pair that I bought ages ago in a floral embossed tomato colored leather. I adore them and hope Dansko will make more colors SOON.

Love this shoe. Wore it all over Spain. No blisters. I wear a size 7 American. I have very high arches and these shoes are comfy and great. I like that they’re a bit wide—gave me room for swollen feet with doing a lot of walking in the heat!

I assumed wrongly that the color Pewter would be in the silver/gray family. Instead they are gold!

I wanted so much to love these. They are exactly what I was looking for in a casual, yet dressy enough work sandal. However, they don't offer a wide and I am exactly a 9.5W. Some have said these run a little wider but I would say they run exactly true to width and length.

I normally wear a very comfy 41 size in the Sophie. These were much larger, wider. Had to return.

IT's a dansko.. of course, it has excellent arch support. But for this flat-footed girl, normally Dansko's hurt my archless feet after a while.. and for some reason, these don't. Also, unlike my dansko clogs, these are quite lightweight and lower to the ground. A classic shoe for all purposes.

For some reason, I ordered a size smaller than my normal size in Danskos, so these definitely did not work out for me. That said, I didn't exchange for the larger size because the strap that goes over the middle of the foot was way too tight. There's no way, even if I had ordered a 41, it would have been comfortable. It's possible that with wear the leather may have stretched. I don't have a particularly wide foot and I never order wide shoes. To the extent I could get my feet in these shoes, it seemed the support was moderate compared to other Danskos I own. I got a pair of Sonja clogs last fall and have basically lived in them all winter. I really wish Dansko would make a sandal/open toed version of that shoe.

Although these fit perfect to size length wise, the straps sot way above my feet and are not adjustable, so they feel way to big to walk in

Super cute sandals! Not as much arch support as my other Dansko sandals. Unfortunately, that is a deal breaker for my high arched, finicky feet. They are going back. Amazing Zappos service, as usual, though. Thank you, Zappos!

Length perfect..width..too big and not able to adjust. Just wonderful for someone else

I am usually a 40 in Danskos and that was too long and wide for my foot. I am hoping a 39 will do the trick. I like the style and food support in this shoe.

I have owned at least 30 pairs of Danskos in my lifetime. These look great and they utilize a base that used to be popular and they mostly discontinued through the years but which I missed. I would say I am reasonably happy with them. Usually, Danskos have amazing arch support. These...meh. In the past, I've been able to walk large distances with no negative side effects but with these, I got blisters and abrasions after walking a long distance in them. Honestly, the foot bed is not as comfortable nor feels as high quality as the older models. My Sophies (another model sandal) seems to have padding on the bed which improved the whole shoe wearing experience. My sense is that these were made in a country where they could make them cheaper or they used lower quality materials (or they are imitations). But they look great.

The middle band is extremely constricting. It was hard to get my wide pronating foot into this shoe. The toe strap was very wide and almost too large. The mid-strap was too small and very narrow even with the goring on the side. I was disappointed and hoped this shoe would’ve worked out especially because I got such a good deal, on sale plus a rewards coupon. :( maybe next time. I love Zappos return policy SO EASY!!!

I have a high arch and was unable to get thi style on. Also, the shoe is heavy due to a very thick sole.

This was a disappointing sandal, especially from Dansko. I expected the comfort and arch support like my other Dansko's. For the price, I just couldn't keep them and not feel like they were the best sandals.

As always Dansko's support is outstanding but the style was too "old lady" as my husband put it. I thought they were way to clunky. I returned them.

I liked these okay, but the straps were too big and the sandal bed was a bit long. I'm true to size in Dansko and have multiple pairs of clogs and sandals so was surprised. I returned them

I really wanted to love this show. The sole is very comfortable and the sole is lightweight. Unfortunately, the shoe is made for a much fuller or wider foot than mine. The straps sit at least a quarter of an inch higher than my foot.

I found this shoe too large, tried size 39( the size Dansko i am now wearing) and size 38 which is stil too loose. so i give up since ordering the nest size down seems a waste of time.
