I bought these to replace a pair that I wore out after 4 years. I assumed they would be perfect like the last pair. Although the size is correct, the straps across the instep are very loose and yesterday I rolled my ankle because of this. I will have to contact customer service to exchange for a different style. Gave 3 stars because I love this company. I hope they adjust this issue on this style.

The comfort of the inside is wonderful. Unfortunately, the right foot fits a little snugger than the left. I decided to keep them since I purchased them at a good sale price. I will wear them around the house until they are broken in. I normal dislike breaking in shoes...I like to buy and wear!

Ordered a size 7, to small, the toes hung over. Exchanged for and 8 and toes are right to the edge and to much length on the back. Wanted to exchange again, thinking I just got a defective one, but no longer able to exchange.

I have washed these shoes in an attempt to keep them from turning the sole of my foot black, but it has not helped very much. What is really awful is that I purchased a number of this style and this issue is true for all of the shoes. What is going on with this? I have purchased Teva shoes for a long time and this never happened before.

I love these shoes and buy them all the time. Never had an issue. One is defective and the other is perfect. Wore them for 2 hours and got a huge blister on the rope of my foot from the material being sewn wrong.

I bought these to have a wedge option to my teva mush flip flips. These look nice but have a strange tipped arch which makes your foot fall off front of the footbed when you walk making them uncomfortable. These are unfortunately going back

It's not Teva's fault. I have a foot injury and have been told elevating the heel helps. However my foot feels worse when wearing the wedge flip flops. I've worn both pair to test them out with the same results. I'm thinking it's too late to return them for a more strapy model. I'd still recommend Teva to my friends.

The footbed is very soft and the style is very pretty, but the straps are too shallow if you have med to wide feet.
