The straps were very loose...

straps are looser that reef sandals but i like the arch support

They are a good looking, comfortable flip flop, but if you get them wet, be careful. The insole becomes very slippery.

I usually wear size 8.5 and have moderately wide feet. I got the size 9 and it is a good size for me. The straps are snug and, so far, comfortable (haven't walked for long periods in them). The sole provides good cushioning and support. These sandals are fairly light (at least compared to the pair I was previously using, which was from a different brand). I got the Vori Black/Gray, which is simple and can be paired with probably any color. As you can tell from the photos, this sandal has two "layers"- the bottom layer has a smooth plasticky feel, and the top layer feels more foam-y. Although it seems like that upper layer helps with the cushion, it's not that typical smooth, plastic flip-flop feel on your skin. I still haven't gotten quite used to it. If you're particular about textures on your skin, not sure if this is the right sandal for you. Also I noticed it is squeaky when wet (but that's true for a lot of flip flops). And I'm concerned about how that foam-like upper layer will hold up over time. I would actually return these but I'm desperate for sandals (after Zappos misdelivered a different pair I had ordered and ran out of it) so I'll keep these. They have some good things going for them, and they might be perfect for you if you like the feel of that foam-like upper layer against your skin.

Straps are too tight

It looks good, and would have been OK, except that the strap material is hard, it does not feel like fabric at all. In a short time trying these flip-flops on at home, the edges of the strap made painful red marks on the top of my feet, and also between the toes. Sadly, I had to return these for a refund, and I bought a HeyDude Sami from Zappos instead, which looks less nice, but my feet are comfortable wearing it.

I'm used to the Katavis, but was looking for a more waterproof, for the pool kind of flip flop. The sole on these is a harder rubber, with much less traction, and I found myself slipping in them just walking around my house on hardwood floors. Returned them.

These sandals are super light weight and the footbed is super comfortable. Unfortunately they have two fatal flaws: 1) the strap doesn’t retain its form which means you have to use at least one hand to put them on - you can’t just step into them, and 2) they have quite literally no traction whatsoever on the bottom. They’re hard smooth plastic soles. I slipped on my kitchen floor just trying them on.

Everything looks great about this flipflop but, I wear a size 11 and although these are the length and width of a size 11, the Straps are WAY TOO TIGHT, I can barely get my feet into them. Disappointed.
