I am buying another pair for my husband, since he wore out the first pair by wearing them almost constantly for 2 years, even in winter - when he wore them with socks, Northwest style. He has said many times that these sandals are the most comfortable he's worn. He has worn them on hiking trails with moderate grades, on city streets, and all around the neighborhood.

Really nice looking sandals. Thick cushioney sole is very comfortable and provides great traction. These do need some breaking in before you go on long walks though.

Great support, super comfortable, long lasting, MINIMAL USE OF VELCRO (a pet peeve of mine - this one has a quick on/off clasp which is far superior to most every other sandal). I bought an extra pair in case Teva ever decides to stop making them.

This may be the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Wore nothing else for two weeks in Greece over all types of terrain. Big improvement over last generation, which I also loved.

Really like these sandals. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews, had to send them back for my normal size (I wear 11.5 in Nikes but 11 in these and my normal go to size). Like the style and fit. I think they will be great for hiking, kicking around. Hope this helps.

They run small, so I had to go a 1/2 size up. After a couple of days of break in, they feel great.

It's a shoe, it's a sandal, it's water-proof footwear. It has a system for good fit. Then you never have to modify it because there's a snap clasp to get in and out of it. Because it mostly encloses your foot, you can even wear it with a sock! I like this sandal.

These sandals (for my husband) are comfortable and have enough leather that they pass for a shoe, sort of, so you can take wear them with socks and pants (and not look silly) if needed. Good for walking anywhere.

These are good water shoes, but my son got really bad blisters during our canoe trek.

The Teva Omnium is a terrific everyday shoe. It is rugged, but comfortable, stylish with a retro bohemian flair. Teva Omnium is synonymous with Summer. Step into Summer with style.

Comfortable shoe. Able to adjust for heal and instep tightness. A quick release to put on and take off....very good design. Pull tab for instep laces tore off within one month. However, LL Bean replaced immediately at no cost. Very pleased with customer service.

Nice quality and finish and very comfortable. I have a high instep so find the elastic band quite tight; but acceptable. I would have placed the strap's plastic snap clip on the inner side of the shoe to make it easier to latch/unlatch, rather than having to reach around to the outside of the shoe which is rather inaccessible. On balance a very nice shoe.

This pair of Tevas are almost perfect. These are my 4th. I chose the leather so they would be a bit more rugged, and this model has a bit better arch support. They are a little stiff around the opening, and irritates the top of my foot a little bit. They fit comfortably maybe could be a little looser by my pinky toe, hopefully the material will soften/ loosen up a bit. Though they are comfortable to wear, after a day out and about, taking them off feels nice. Getting them on isn't as easy as my old pair, it takes 2 hands to stretch the opening to get your foot in and then buckle. I might cut the elastic that connects the tongue to the side under the buckle to make putting them on easier since it has a buckle and Velcro for adjustment to hold it closed anyhow. Overall a pretty good sandal.

Great fit. I had a pair previously that lasted years but I liked the all leather style and the handprint logo.

I bought the Omnium 2 Leather to replace my standard pair of Tevas for casual wear. They were difficult to put on and the heel strap chaffed my Achilles tendon. I considered returning them but decided not to because I liked the roomy toe box. Soooo, to make them easier to on, I removed the elastic on the tongue to enlarge the opening. I also rerouted the strap through the buckle so that I could use the strap like a standard Teva. Now I can easily put the Teva on and pull the strap firmly to reduce the heel rub. So far, so good.
