I had a pair of similar designed sandals from Teva and they were great. It was time, though, to get a new pair and I am pretty happy with them so far. They are comfortable, true to size and look good on my feet.

Being a big fan of Teva HurricaneXLT2 for the past few years, I bought this pair for my dear friend Phillip who is 82 and very active. He ADORES them and i think he hates to take them off at the end of the day. He raves about the good support and how comfortable they are. A great investment!

These sandals are super comfy and great for walking around the neighborhood. Looking forward to trying them in water and on trails.

So comfortable yet so supportive. Sometimes when I get home, I forget to take them off because it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything at all. Such a good investment and highly recommend it.

So far I've taken these sandals on some light walking (2-3 mile paved trails) and they are VERY comfortable. The soles are just the right balance: hard enough that I don't feel like I'm walking on mush, springy enough that they don't hurt the bottom of my feet. I haven't had any issues with rubbing or blisters, but I'm not strapping them down very tightly. If there is a lot of verticality in your hikes, you may find that you have to strap them pretty tightly to your feet, in which case the straps will definitely rub you some new blisters on the top & sides of your feet. Still, the sandals seem very high quality and I can definitely see them lasting me several years.

Had trouble ordering, would not accept the 10%coupon offered, after several phone vall, told only certain items got the 10^ off, even though add did not state that, Frustrating! Finally, I was given the 10^discount, well earmed aggravation, I guess! The tracking through mail is superb, the advertising....misleading and frustrating to say the least! Should do better!

Very nice. Heavier than I anticipated but good support and very comfortable. Comfort padding on back strap feels great. That's new from my last pair of Teva's which I had to replace after 15 years of use.

Unbelievable comfort. Very durable. Incredible sturdy and supportive. All in all, these are the perfect Tevas! I normally wear a 9.5 or 10, but these 9's fit me perfectly.

The sandals are very light , and contoured to my foot, they're very comfortable to walk on, and my go to, to run out to the store, beach, or in-laws . Well worth the price tag!

They feel just as sturdy, but with half the weight.

3rd pair of Teva's. Wear them fishing, yard work, everywhere during warm weather. They wear great.

I was sketchy at first when placing the order for my first pair. But now that I've tried them on and worn them. I would definitely buy more of them in other colors.

I'm a long time user of Teva sandals. I have yet to find anything that fits me better. I have a narrow foot, and even in the Teva line, had issues with fit. The Hurricane XLT2 not only fits my narrow foot at my size, it can fit even tighter for even a more narrow foot. Holds your foot in tight. Easy to adjust. I couldn't be happier.

i use these sandals for working in the yard. they're heavy duty and hold up very well.

After my old pair of Teva's finally gave up the ghost after about 12 years of faithful service, I knew I had to get another pair. These sandals are great for everything outdoors. I use them while camping, swimming, and they're also my wading sandals while I'm fishing. They fit well, stay attached to my feet, and they last forever! Pictures is my 12 year old pair, they served well and deserved their Viking burial.

Versatile for my outdoor lifestyle

This was my first pair of Tevas. I never wore a pair before and I thought the straps would be uncomfortable across the front of my foot. I'm fully converted! So comfy, the hurricane sole is more supportive than the classic foam, i feel like i could hike in these. Wore them so much now I have a tan line from them. And then I bought my mom a pair as her birthday gift!

My last Tevas were bought at an outfitters store at Ohiopyle Pennsylvania right before running the Yough River with my buddies. I think that was in 1995. They finally fell apart a month ago. I probably could have superglued them back together, but since the treads were also almost gone, I bought a new pair. I am 71 years old and do not do heavy whitewater anymore, so I am sure that these will last me for the rest of my life. Greatest river sandals I have ever found. Thanks Teva !!

I love my sandals! If only they came in half sizes.
