The fit and size were fine. The Huricane is perfect for my daily beach walks. My previous pair, similar but not the same, lasted a couple of years of daily use. Kudos for Teva and Zappos!

I chose this shoe over the Teva Original because I need a hiking sandal. This one has a thicker sole and extends beyond my wide feet which will offer more protection. The Original would be nice for out around town.

I wanted a pair of sandals that would work for any terrain: city walks, trails, and swimming/wading in water. I've had this pair for almost a year, and am pretty happy with them. I give the shoe a soapy brush every so often to get rid of dirt and dust. The strap colors are still vibrant, the outer soles don't show immense signs of wear, all the velcro still adhere well. I have narrow, short feet, so I chose this style since all 3 straps are adjustable and that helps me get the right fit. I got these in size 5, and the length works for me (I have feet length 9¼ inches).

These are so comfortable. I wear them all the time, even in winter with socks (sorry). So flexible, like being barefoot.

The fit was perfect (due to the ability to adjust the velcro straps). And I particularly liked the tread on the soles - ridged enougj to provide good traction even on wet surfaces.

I love these so much I bought a 2nd pair. The sole makes them; unlike the original which is like a flip flop, these are a “real” sole with support. The straps do not rub. The cushion on the heel strap feels great. No breaking in required. Amphibious and great for rock jumping on the trail. I have cleaned them a few times with soap and water and let them air dry and they look like new. My sister got a pair and she loves them just as much.

This model of Teva keeps me walking-hiking all spring-summer. Placement of straps ( adjustable) keep sandals comfortably on my foot-no slipping. Arch is moderate, surprising for a sandal. The toe base is plenty wide for my EE width. This is my third pair and all will likely last for years. Easy clean!
