NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS BEFORE I HAVE BEEN A LOYALTY TEVA FAN FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. WITHIN THE LAST 6 OR 7 YEARS I'VE NOTICED THAT THE QUALITY AND LONGEVITY OF THESE SHOES HAVE DEPLETED. DIVA'S BACK IN THE DAY BUT IT EASILY LAST WITH 3 OR 4 SUMMERS OR MORE. NOW I'M LUCKY IF I CAN GET THROUGH ONE FULL SUMMER WITHOUT THE SHOE BREAKING DOWN AND NOT HAVING ANY SUPPORT. I AM NO LONGER TEVA FAN AND WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY MORE TEVAS FOR ME ON MY FAMILY MEMBERS

Used these shoes for less than six months and the adhesive failed for both soles of the shoe. The sole came apart in two pieces. I was left with sandals that were flapping during a week long camping trip. I didn't put the sandal through the wringer, the bottom sole showed very little signs of wear at time of failure. I returned them to Teva who deemed it a "wear and tear" issue. It took Teva more than their predicted time frame of 5-10 days to reach out to me determining if it would be covered under warranty. I had to reach out to them to be told they wouldn't cover the sandals. Customer service was also a jarring experience and looks like the use AI to answer you. I got a message that appeared that the customer service rep copy pasted by accident into our chat that read it was a friendlier version of the message they were sending to me initially. If they expect their product to fail in six months, that's bad product. Disappointed and I'll be moving on from the brand and buying from competitors. Why would I give money to a brand that doesn't stand behind their product?

This is my second pair of Teva, and thankfully it started to fall apart in 4 months, while still on warranty hahah They have straps of different lengths, and are not comfortable overall, which I was ok-ish with since bought them online and delivered to another country - didn't want to return anything. Now both soles are detached, and I'm not an avid hiker or a sportswoman. The first pair I was wearing just a few times per month and one sole detached in a year. Needless to say, do not have high expectations for the next pair, if I ever have it.

Wore these for a couple days into my vacation. Gave me shin splints and are very uncomfortable. Zero arch support and cushioning. Also were very slippery on the slightest of rain. I was slipping when no when else was in their other Tevas. Definitely going to return them as soon as I get back. Now I have to lug them around Asia.

I was very excited to receive these and was so disappointed. My husband swears by them so decided to order them. The heel strap is way too low and the ankle strap is way too shallow to get it to fit without it really cutting into the skin. I don't know how any man with regular sized ankles would ever get them to fit right. Considering how much they cost, I am not singing your praises.

I was very excited about my first Teva, I used them for what they were supposedly made for, but after only about 6 months they fell apart. They are very pretty but I think they are not worth it.

I excitedly purchases these shoes in anticipation of my trip to Jamaica. I envisioned myself rocking these shoes as I trekking to Dunn river falls! I packed them in my suitcase and delightfully journeyed to my vacation. Upon arrival I began planning my excursions only to discover I had been sent two left shoes!! To my dismay and sadness

I have been a Teva customer since the early '90s so when I needed a comfy walking shoe for a European trip, I purchased the Hurricane XLT2. Thank goodness I had another pair of sandals with me because the Teva's gave me horrible blisters under my little toes and the strap rubbed against the toes, as well. It's been close to a month and I still have blood blisters under my toes. Because I bought my shoes locally and not on the website, I'm expected to pay return shipping which would be fine except for the fact that Teva can claim nothing wrong with them. Big bummer from one of my favorite shoe brands.

I have had a pair of size 7 Tevas for 20 years and have loved them but when I finally purchased a new pair thisvyear for a trip abroad, the size 7 was quite a bit too small. It's very frustrating to find that sizing has changed and to have to go through the return process.

The hurricane verge was way more comfortable for all-day walking. I thought this would make a good replacement when my verges finally broke but it is not great. The sole has no arch support at all. I bought my usual Teva size, 8. I'm an 8.5-9 in other brands.

Undersides of synthetic straps are rough and harsh against my skin. Since the straps don't give like leather, I'm developing a sore on the outside ball of one foot. Won't wear anymore.

I liked the color but although the length was appropriate, it was much too wide. It was like a double W width. I returned and ordered a different style .

I purchased this shoe for 2 back to back hiking trips. On the first hike out the front strap separated from the shoe. I attempted to resolve the issue by text with no response for 24 hours. When they did respond they would not even pay for a repair, even though I had pictures of the damage. Will never buy again.

I'm so sad that these shoes weren't what I expected. The straps at first were ok until I looked down after a couple hours and it caused the sides of both my big toes to blister. I'd try to loosen it up and it still hurt. I was looking for waterproof, supportive, comfortable shoes and unfortunately I'm still on the lookout for them. For this price point I expected more. I attached a pic of my toes a couple weeks after wearing it. Also when I did wear it in the water I found my foot slipping from within the shoe and almost busted my back multiple times. These shoes in it of itself is a walking hazard. I will try to get a refund on these.

I bought these last year and I have worn them one or two times, but every time I wear them I get terrible abrasions on both feet on the sides of my toes and top of my foot. I have tried adjusting the straps to no avail. This week I took them on a week long trip and after my short walk to the beach my feet were bleeding and hurting terribly. I'm hoping LL Bean will do something for me. I had to wear my 10 year old Bean water sandals which I brought along just in case. I will have to toss these in the garbage if Bean won't take them back. They are still like new, but I can't bear the pain any longer. Please help.

I bought these for light camping and hiking as advertised. I thought they would have awesome traction and be great for in and out of the water. These are so uncomfortable, and slide around because no matter how you adjust the straps your feet slide out of the shoe. The material is scratchy and stiff. They really hurt my feet to walk in. Maybe they would be okay if you wanted to do some shopping around town or something.. definitely not a good shoe for even light hiking or lake going.

I've loved Teva for a long time. I had a pair of my mom's old Teva sandals that I wore for another eight years after her, which finally came apart after more than fifteen years of heavy use. I ordered this pair of sandals to replace my beloved old ones, and was incredibly disappointed. Within weeks of gentle use, the soles began to separate from the body of the shoe, and the black bed of the sandals discolored and couldn't be fixed with cleaning. My previous black sandals had no discoloration even after years of wear, and while the soles did eventually separate, it was only after fifteen years. I would be unbothered by normal wear and tear but these sandals are in worse shape after 3 months than my fifteen-year old pair!
