I really love these shoes and don't want to send them back. My left shoes fits perfectly, but the elastic on the right foot is so tight I can't wear it for more than an hour or two at a time which is a problem because I purchased these to wear on a vacation that requires a lot of walking. I have never had this problem with any other Teva shoe I've purchased or any other shoes in general which leads me to think it is something weird about the shoe. I probably wouldn't purchase these shoes again.

Super cute but as another reviewer mentioned, very difficult to get on and I do not have high arches. Length was good, so I felt sizing up a whole size would not have been a solution. Loved how they looked on the one foot I could get it on.

I really wanted to love these shoes! I wear a size 8.5 and bought an 8. They fit perfectly and were super comfortable. I decided to wear them around the house to "test drive" them for about 20 minutes. By the end of that time they got just slightly looser. I was not surprised because the straps were not very elasticy and there is no way to tighten them when they stretch out. So I am returning them. So sad Teva! Please try again with a more durable strap.

I returned these sandals for a couple reasons- the rope was too tight making the shoes a bit difficult to slip on and off. I also wondered over time how they would hold up as the rope would surely loosen and be more comfortable but then would it get too loose with nothing to do about it? Also, the color is different than shown online- more of a dusty, drab blue than an aqua blue which is what I had gotten excited about when I first found them. They do seem to be very well made, but generally speaking, nothing really special.

I loved the design in the way that there wasn't a lot of material on the shoe so that one's feet could get plenty of air ~ However they were tight & VERY uncomfortable !! I'm a thin person, so thought these would've worked out .. I am going to get a refund & send these back ASAP !

Looking for a strappy, feminine TEVA that's still comfortable. Elastic does not work well for me, as it cuts into my foot and is not a carefree sandal feel. Would prefer thin webbing with a thin ankle strap, and velcro closure to customize fit.

The straps do not keep my feet on the shoe. They are so loose that my feet slide forward to almost touching the ground in front of the shoes every time I walk and my heels get pulled to the middle of the shoe leaving a huge space on the shoe behind my feet. They wear ugly and I do not like them at all.

I, and my podiatrist, think these shoes gave me achilles tendonitis after I wore them for just a couple of weeks. Still struggling to recover 4 months later. I realize all feet are different and maybe I’m an unusual case, but I wish I hadn’t bought these shoes!

I wanted to love these after a coworker raved about her pair. These just aren't made for wide feet. getting them on proved to be much tougher than excepted. I am sending them back. Going back to my velcro tevas.

The soles of the sandals are sturdy, super comfortable, and supportive. I love everything about these sandals EXCEPT the straps. On the left foot, as I carefully put the sandals on for the first time, the straps began to tear apart and were slightly frayed already. I'm afraid of wearing them and causing the straps to come apart more. I'm very disappointed-I've been wearing Tevas for years and expected better quality.

They were easy to put on. I obviously didn’t wear them outside since I’m returning them, so I don’t have a true wearable review.
The straps were not tight at all and are not adjustable. Kayaking in these would be great, but I couldn’t imagine getting my feet wet and trying to walk-in these sandals.
Any activity other than slow walking on flat ground probably wouldn’t be a good idea if wearing these.
Overall they’re cute and comfy, but not versatile.

Ok, here is what i have learned about this sandal after ordering (more than) several pair:
1) i wanted to love them, had to give it up, could barely get them on (too short), even when sizing up a size. I have a narrow and skinny foot, wouldn't think it would a problem, no idea what the deal is.
2) The Sea Green color is very def smaller (the ropes) than the other colors.
3) black is bigger but still small and the green is the biggest but still small
Teva very def has a quality control problem with this model and where the nylon ropes are being sourced. Real bummer because the style is really cool but for me totally not wearable. I've had many Tevas, this is not like them, no idea whats up.
I will likely buy the Alps Premier.
