The shoes are of the quality one would expect. Unfortunately, the pick, pack and ship leaves a little to be desired. Save yourself the frustration and order the product from another distributor.

The material is rough on my heel

My son loves the sidewalk surfers - but said the soles on these made him feel like a duck. So they went back!

Was disappointed as shoes ran extremely small and hard to put on. Love the style and hope that shoes stretch as worn. Didn't return for larger size because I wore them.

The style of the boot is super cute but the plaid stands out more in the picture than in reality. The plaid blends so well I almost thought I was sent the wrong boot. I have a wide foot so I got the shoe a size bigger since there were no half sizes and even though they supposedly stretch the shoe didn't even fit. I have had other uggs were the shoe was a little snug in my actual size and. I broke them in so i thought this would be no problem boy was I wrong. Will be returning ASAP.

These boots are very cute but I was careful to read the description as I wanted a sheepskin sock and twinfaced sheepskin elsewhere. The boots arrived with a card stating it is UGG Pure. It just doesn't feel as lush as the twinfaced sheepskin.

So far I really love these "not" shoes. Very comfortable. Unfortunately my purchase experience was marred by super slow shipping. I purchased on 5/24 but did not actually receive the package until 6/8. I had to inquire through chat once during the process as after 1 week I had no update at all. I was assured that my purchase was ready to ship. A few days later I received the shipping notice with shipping via UPS taking about another week. All told a frustrating experience.

I am a huge fan of sanuk shoes (they're the only brand I buy), however, although the shoes fit well they look like clown shoes on my size 11 feet. I had to return them, going to buy a different style of sanuk shoe though.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a pair long enough to rate, reliably. The first pair I purchased had holes along the soles, as did the replacement pair. Hoping third time is the charm

These lasted 2 months with my seven year old. I paid the extra money for quality to not have "the plastic in the landfill" as the description states. SO disappointed. I paid $7 shipping for the return (since not bought on this site. Now have credit for this site only - I am paying shipping again. At the end of it all this is the most expensive flip flop ever. NEVER again.

Shoes have been giving me blisters. One shoe is cut smaller than the other. I was so excited to get them. This happy vegan was super bummed to find out the shoes were not up to par.

Not only too small but even if I could get my foot in they're not going to be wide enough.

There is no way this would last very long if they did fit. Material is not soft and doesn't seem durable.

Got these for my vacation and they completely fell apart during. Sucks. Run away

I have bought the mush flip flops for several years and have always loved them. I am very disappointed in the product now. The straps were too tight for my daughter to be able to wear the shoe.

this was supposed to be a Christmas present that an order was placed on Dec 15th for some reason the order was not shipped until Dec, 20th therefore the package did not arrive until 2 days after so the order has been returned and I am waiting for my refund

Poor quality control

Received these boots as a birthday present a few weeks ago. Took them out of the box and the brand new pair was already missing studs. Customer service terrible and unhelpful. Long time customer of UGG and extremely displeased.
