This is our fourth summer with these sandals. My now 9 year old thinks they're comfortable and I like them because they have a closed toe and they're rugged. I buy 2 pairs for every summer because they do get awfully smelly after two months so one pair for the first half of summer, the second for the next half. The 3 is fairly big on him but since you can cinch the laces down, it works fine.

I had been buying the Keen H2s for my now 5-year old son every summer but they’re now too wide for him so we decided to try the Keen Seacamps and these Tevas. Both were an appropriate width for him but my son really liked the style of the Tevas so those are the ones we ended up keeping! They’re still a little on the wide side for him but the bungee system on the top can be tightened down and he hasn’t had any issues with slipping or blisters yet.

First of all, in searching for a light weight shoe for myself as well as a cross-over shoe for hiking, I ordered 8 pairs of shoes! Thank you Zappos, for your awesome customer service! I wear a women's sz 6 and I can usually wear kids size 4. I was so excited with this shoe, because it was exactly what I wanted. It is made well, comfortable, and has a good sole for gripping terrain. But I kept slipping out of the heel and the toe box was ultra wide, so I was sloshing around in the shoe. I bought them because of the toe box, so I was disappointed that it was too wide. I'm sure for boys who have a wider foot, it's perfect.

Good for my active son. He likes them for summer. Easy to get on and dries quickly. Great to run around in. He pulls them really tight but I’m not sure if they are wide or not. Think he doesn’t like them loose.

My son loved these shoes but unfortunately, the rubber toe tore completely off after about 3 months of wear. He's not particularly rough on shoes and we've never had this problem before.

A terrific hiking sandal with great foot support. We go from the pool, to the basketball court, to two mile hikes down to a rocky lake. We love them and you can trust the brand Teva's. As an adult, they have sandals for walking/hiking figured out!

Too large for me, women's size 7 1/2

The size chart is correct. The size of these Teva's is larger than other brand shoes in the same kids size. We go hiking and down to the lake which has a rough gravel entry, these are great all day activity shoes like you would expect from Teva.

These are lightweight, easy for my kiddo to put on and take off, and comfortable—not to mention my son’s two favorite colors. I’m so happy to find good quality sandals that are not just brown, gray, or navy blue. Little boys like bright colors too—they aren’t just for girls! Oh and the closed toe is a must, even during a non-camp/pandemic summer, when one is dealing with a child with sensory issues! When he outgrows these I know we’ll be back on Zappos looking for the next size up! ???

Fits perfectly and my child is very comfortable in them. Great for anything water related--kayaking, light hiking, etc. .
