Great fit! Very little break in time, as the first day I put them on, I went on a 10 mile hike and no foot pain at all. Great for mountain biking too

Fit well and take a bit to break in. I use these for disc golfing and it took 3-4 rounds but once broken in they feel great. My feet are slightly wider than average and I have high arches. The width of the shoes is perfect but the arch support is just OK.

Great low top hiker! Totally waterproof but fairly breathable for a Gore Tex shoe. Great support for fast hikes and scrambles. Somewhat tight in the forefoot but has loosened up with use.

I find that Adidas shoes fit me better than any other shoe because they are primarily an "athletic" shoe with a deep heel. I wear orthotic (inserts) and Adidas shoes (tennis, golf, etc.) accommodate my orthotics comfortably and most importantly with stability. I can't wear popular brands with high arch support because they do not accept my custom orthotics. Also, other brands, although they are considered "athletic" type/style shoes, do not work well with orthotics because the heel (pocket) isn't deep enough to accommodate the extra lift of an orthotic insert making them uncomfortable and unstable. This isn't the only reason I buy Adidas sport shoes. They also look great and perform well at their designed task. I've worn Adidas golf shoes exclusively for many years (approx. 600 - 800 walking miles/year). I was thrilled to see Adidas making a waterproof All Terrain athletic shoe which is why I ordered 2 pair and so far, I have no complaints. They are a little stiff but I expect that is by design as they are well constructed and meant to provide rigid support on uneven ground.

Usually, I buy Vasque but these came highly recommended. My standard size works. I like the rubber soles for traction, the fit, Gortex and lacing system. So far, so good. I walk every day in all weather on moderate terrain. Being retired, this is the only type of shoe I normally wear.

Shoes look great and fit great. I have pretty flat feet as well. Lots of room in the toe box, just the way I like it. One thing I will say is that they do not have much cushion. However I am used to softest riding running shoes (due to my back) and so I don't know if my perspective is truly accurate for most users. Very happy with the purchase though. I hope my back can handle it.

Fit is great, very stylish and perfect.........only these bastards at Zappos cancelled my order because of an old credit card on file. I also tried to apply a 10% discount given from them about some legal battle BS that their customers won that expired on the 31st of december. The lady I complained to when I called customer service kept telling me to update my credit card and it should be fine even though i kept telling her that i did and it would't let me reorder. After 5 minutes of trying to force me off so she could get back to her movie or game she was utilizing on the other side of the phone she finally said she would look into my order and that's when I just started shopping on Amazon because of her. Zappos could have gotten 125 with the discount applied if she went above and beyond but i found it way cheaper on Amazon for $93. Thanks Zappos. You lost a customer. Please check Amazon before you guys purchase anything on Zappos.

Great shoe fit. Good quality. Didn't like the lace system so I replaced it with regular laces. Bought these to wear on an upcoming trip to Scotland, expect them to perform flawlessly.

Since I have been buying a pair of this style each of the past several years, I can't really speak to the size and width questions, since I know what I need from past experience. Same with arch support, since I use orthotics. I suppose it's obvious that I like this style very much. I do a lot of walking year-round, and find this model suits my needs in every way. They are very comfortable right from the start, and even in rainy, wet conditions, I have never had wet feet (depends a bit on your other rain gear, of course).

Best hiking shoes I've owned. Love them. The support and traction give me confidence while I'm hiking the rocky environs of southern Utah that my feet and ankles will be supported. Lets me focus on the beauty and gives me confidence to explore. Also love the way they look. Love Zappos for letting me try on different sizes to get the right fit.
