I bought two pairs this summer, specifically for disc golf. I loved these shoes. Don’t get me wrong they are pretty sweet. I blew out both pairs over the summer and feel their craftsmanship is not up to par. The material around the toe peeled off and the toe protector separated the shoe strings broke fairly quick and the shoe started to separate in spots from the sole. Am I disappointed, greatly but I could just be hard on shoes and have to much expectation. I will say i did like them and could see myself buying them again possibly

I've had a pair just like these for about 5 or 6 years and they're still going strong, but I'd always wanted an all black version. Since Adidas likes to discontinue all the designs I love, I figured I should buy this before it goes away. The new ones fit just as my older ones do and hopefully they hold up as well. I'm a woman and was worried these men's shoes would be too wide, but they fit perfectly! I spray them down when they get muddy or dusty and these babies always look brand new again. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! As for arch support, I always take out the insoles and replace them with aftermarket regardless of the shoes because I suffer from plantar fasciitis. So I can't speak to that, but I can tell you my moulded inserts fit well without leaving them misshapen.

I love these shoes. I wear them for when hiking and also for traveling. I like the rough / tough bottoms for good grip. The Goretex is completely worth the extra to keep water out when you have to clean them or when you are out and about and encounter wet weather. The only complaint I worry about is the same one that every shoe company has - that in a year or two they won't make them the same. I wish the shoe companies would have a way to allow buyers to always buy the same shoes if they work for you. It just seems that current styles always cause them to move off of something good and on to something new.

Good shoe. Haven't run in them yet, but I have walked around my apartment and the support is just right, the general comfort is excellent. They look good. I took one star off the "Style" category because when I want a shoe to be black I want it to be BLACK. I don't much care for the "Gore-Tex" and bungee "branding" tags that are obtrusively placed on the instep of the shoe. Put those things on the back or side or just drop them completely. Or at least make them less garish. And the transparent bungee closer is a little cheap-looking. (I can Sharpie over the obtrusive tags; I'm kind of stuck with the closer.) But a great shoe and a good value.

I am a woman and have been wearing this shoe in both men's and women's sizes for many years. I wear it hiking, camping, traveling, in the rain, just around town and for just about everything. I like the fit, (comes in Women's size 12, which hardly any nice shoes come in that size), has removable insoles so I can put in my custom orthotic, has a quick, zip-tie shoe lace, which makes it easy-on, easy-off for airports, coming and going in the house with dirty shoes, etc. These are water proof, and when muddy, you just wash them off and they look brand new. They last a long time. I have had to buy the men's version in size 11 because they don't make the women's version in all black. I have had a couple of pairs of the women's version in crazy colors, but I am not a fan of all the crazy colors, particularly when wearing these for traveling in nice clothing. Men's sizes carry an all black version which fits well and is not too wide. I am buying an extra pair this time in all black, as sometimes it is hard to find the same shoe with the zip-tie shoe lace.

Seem like a nice shoe. Haven't had a chance to really wear them around yet. The style is great, soles are sticky and are true to size.

A little break in time is all that is needed to make this a good shoe

The Gore-Tex membrane is relatively thinner than usual cushioned shoe material so it is lighter and more roomy than usual size. Recommend ordering 1/2 size smaller than usual shoe size for better fit. Very good material and finish.

I love the look of this shoe an it is so comfortable for street and trail walking/hiking. Unfortunately, the lacing system is totally flawed. The lacing system never stays tight - always comes loose. I usually have to retighten them during any walk or hike several times. Wish they would just put normal laces on these and i would really love them.
