I wanted a lightweight rain coat and this fits the bill nicely and is very cute. It has a tapered waist, so if you have a large bust or carry your weight in your midsection I could see sizing up like most reviewers are recommending. I have a smaller bust and carry my weight in my hips and thighs, and I found my usual size (Large) to fit great with plenty of room for layering. The sleeves are surprisingly long, and I'm 5'9", but other than that it's perfect. The magenta is very pretty. I'm pleased with my purchase.

So thankful to other reviewers who said "order a size up!" I did & it fits nearly perfectly. I bought this for a trip to Ireland. It's very lightweight & big enough for some layering which is what I was looking for.

Perfect fit on my 136b lb, 34D, 5'4" frame! Hugs the curves, covers the bum, but allows enough room for layering. Doesn't look like a "raincoat", so will look great when I wear it for travel on dry days.

Love this rain jacket! Not only is it great looking it meets all my requirements. Long enough in the back to cover my butt when I sit, a strong two way zipper so you can sit comfortably, a deep enough hood to cover your face, an interior zipped pocket to hold cash/credit cards/phone. I usually wear a US size 12 dress and pant (or large) and sized up to an XL so I can layer underneath it. A large would probably have fit but without the ability to layer (if I dropped the 10# I gained during covid that would not be an issue and the large would be perfect). I am 5'6" and 165#. The collar is comfortable and not in your face all the time when unzipped at the top. I would definitely buy this again.

I sized up for a comfortable somewhat oversized fit, which I'm really glad I did because this jacket won't keep you warm. I layer sweaters and long sleeved tees under it. The color is lovely, the pockets deep, and the sleeves come out to the perfect length. I get compliments every time I wear it.

Once I finally got the size I needed, I am most impressed with the workmanship and design of the jacket. You definitely have to order a size larger. Because most mediums usually run a little large on me, I thought a standard medium would be adequate. I could zip it up, but the mid-section was a bit too snug for a sweater and/or a vest underneath. SO, I sent it back and ordered a large. They didn't have my color (darn!) but I settled for black, which in the end, looks great too. Definitely order a size up on this jacket and your won't be sorry.

I was headed out to Seattle and the San Juan Islands and thought a raincoat might be a good idea ;) The lavender version of this was half price! I thought it was definitely worth trying and despite some concerns about fit based on other reviews, it was perfect! It rained every day while I was there and we were outside a LOT! I stayed pleasantly warm and dry! I'm 5'2" and weigh 100# and the Small was great! It would allow for multiple layers while not being too baggy with only a sweatshirt underneath. As another reviewer noted, the longer length in back helps a lot in keeping a dry tush :) All in all I would highly recommend!

The waterproofing in my old rain jacket had peeled off of the neck and back of the hood, so I needed a new one. I found this on Columbia and thought I'd give it a try. It fit great ( I bought a large for room to move - I'm 5/8", 155 lbs and usually wear a medium in tops). I was afraid it would be too loose but it's perfect. I wore it on our one rainy day and was glad it had come in time!

Great fit! Ordered a medium. My daughter is 5'10 and 130, fit perfect. She will only be wearing light weight shirts under. Would need a large if she were planning to wear sweater or sweatshirt underneath. Great quality and well made. Has not worn in rain yet.

I haven't had a new Columbia sportswear raincoat in many years - because they are so well made they last a long time! - and I was very pleased when this one arrived and it fit perfectly. It is also longer in the back which is ideal when sitting at a windy, rainy game at Husky Stadium. It's well-made with a great hood, deep pockets and the fabric color is very interesting and beautiful.

A cute yellow rain jacket, I've only worn it once, and received compliments on it. It's not only cute, but also comfortable and functional. I'm so glad I found this.

Great fit, lightweight and just what I was looking for!

Great length, slightly fitted through waist. I am 5'3", sleeves are long but adjustable with Velcro tabs. Love the light silver honey combs on white, makes me visible at night walking the dogs. Breathes.

Wife loved it, much more feminine than her other one, great style! She is happy and excited to wear it! Materials are normal rain jacket.

I love this jacket. I recently was on the Oregon coast for the King Tides. I was almost blown away by the wind and rain. This jacket kept me warm and dry!!! It's easy to wear and looks real good on. I give it ten stars!

I read the prior reviews after I ordered this jacket online. After reading them, I was prepared to have to return it when I got it. To my surprise, it fits perfectly even around the hips and the material is pliable.

This is the most flattering fit for a rain jacket I have ever owned. It is semi-fitted yet never constricting. The length is perfect down to the hips. This jacket can definitely be worn year round as it is not too hot or too light. I am 5'10" 145lbs and I got medium.

I've been looking for a rain coat for some time and this looked perfect. I was a little nervous about the fit based on some of the other reviews saying it ran big or small, but for me the fit was perfect. I tried it on over a button down shirt I wear to work and it was fine, with plenty of room left for a sweater or sweatshirt. It fit nicely and didn't look huge like I was wearing my husband's jacket. This isn't a cold weather jacket at all, but I'll get plenty of use out of it spring to fall.

Love the fit and style! Feels comfortable while hiking. Very lightweight so needs layers for fall weather.

I purchased this jacket online in green. It' really beautiful, especially for a raincoat. It's kind of on the blue-green side, but I love the color. I got the XL I am 5'4" and weigh 185. I have a hard time finding outerwear That fits on the top as I am a 38D. This jacket fits like a glove.

Loved it but had to exchange. I’m usually XS or S but had to get Medium. Barely able to close in Small. I am 5’6” and 120 lbs.

Based on other reviews, I ordered L & XL because I wear both depending on brand. The L was a little slim in arms & middle. The XL was a good fit! It is a little roomy in the body, but not sloppy & I can wear a couple layers. I took it on a 10-day trip & wore it almost every day as a light jacket and also when it rained. I love this jacket. Hood is a good size & not too large.

I was looking for a packable rain jacket for a summer trip to Switzerland, and this jacket is perfect. I ordered the white in a size XL. Columbia's fit is more of a trim cut, so I size up from my usual size in everything I purchase from them. A large would have been fine for this jacket. I am 5'1" and 145 lbs. If you prefer a regular fit for a size Large and don't need layers, I would say go with the L instead of the XL. , I like to have more room for layers when traveling. It's lightweight and will be easy to pack in my luggage or carry in small bag or pack for an outing. I purchased during the Winter Sale, so I'm especially pleased with the price. I have several rain coats; however, this is my favorite. The color makes it ideal for Spring or Summer. It's an extremely well made jacket with zippers, snaps, and Velcro anywhere the water could possible enter. The jacket is long enough to cover to the top of my thighs, which I was looking for. It was a great purchase!

I ordered a Large even though I usually wear medium, based on reviews. I love how soft and non-crinkly the fabric is and how you can adjust the hood. The zipper moves easily. Haven't worn it yet because it's the middle it'd winter and not lined. The pattern is better than plain navy. Very happy with my purchase!

I'm pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. We've had an unseasonably warm winter thus far and I needed a jacket to accommodate. I'm not sure I will be able to zip it when I am beyond 32 weeks, but for this short time and after I give birth, I think it is perfect.
