Shoe is so comfortable that it feels like I am wearing a slipper. I bought this shoe because other reviewers said it had a wide toe box which is very true. It is a wonderful toe box. But I am returning the shoe because I have very weak and wobbly ankles and there is virtually no lateral support. I am afraid I will be overpronating in no time at all and that is not a good thing for my knees or hips which frequently ache. If you are happy with a very comfortable shoe with little support, this is your shoe. Unfortunately, I really need support and this does not provide it.

Such a disappointment. I loved the Breakthru and Breakthru 2, but the third version was reworked in all the wrong ways so I stuck to ordering the older versions off of amazon and waited hopefully for a version 4. I had high hopes when these came out because it looked like the old model again! Alas they have a whole new set of problems. These are awkwardly wide in the toe box, as if they overcompensated for the last round. THat's not the biggest problem though, the arch and heel are too narrow and the sole is not anywhere near as comfortable or forgiving as its predecessors. I found my feet hurt from pounding even on soft trail runs. I'm so mad because I took them out for two muddy runs and now I'm stuck with terrible sneakers.
