It's a beautiful shoe then it's down-hill from there: THESE ARE SLIP-ON SHOES BUT I DON'T SEE "SLIP-ON" ANYWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION. What looks like a standard shoe-tongue is only a stationary part of the shoe thus you can't open the shoe wider or to your comfort as you can with a normal "tongued" shoe. The opening for your foot to enter the shoe is smaller and the rest of the shoe is tighter. I wear the same size in Rockadia's and they fit perfect. Another disappointment is Zappos does not have the option to conveniently schedule UPS to come pick-up your return- you have to schedule it yourself or find a UPS station. I'm a long-time satisfied customer of Zappos just not this transaction.
