OMG these shoes fit like a glove on my feet! Seriously though, I have very flat feet and without inserts and orthotic pads in most shoes, I am miserable after just a few hours. Yesterday I wore my Vibrams all day doing yardwork, and some shopping. After all day, I was able to crawl in bed with no pain in my feet, back or legs. Amazing. I did have to adjust a bit to them. I was walking on rock in the yard and I was "cringing " expecting to feel the discomfort of the uneven ground. That was unnecessary. Yes you could feel that it was uneven but not uncomfortable. And the best part, my feet never felt hot throughout the day.

I compared the V-run with this V-train and REALLY WISH that Vibram would combine the best features of both into one version. I loved the arch support and the easier fit of the V-train. But sent it back because the Velcro band was stiff across the top of the foot and this shoe has
bulky laces and a stiff lacing system instead of the V-run lacing system which is much more efficient and neater.
I think more people would be willing to try the V-run if it was easier to get into. It’s a great therapeutic shoe for common foot problems, such as fallen arches, bunions, and crooked toes, but the difficulty in getting a foot into the shoe is off-putting.
