A great option for that minimalist feel. Strengthen your feet, legs and lower body, and improve your posture. Great protection for the bottom of your feet and great sock-like material with durability.

These are beautiful shoes!!! I used the size measuring technique as instructed by Zappos and Vibram, but ordered a size down as recommended by most of the reviews. Barefoot/minimalist shoes are understandably snug, but the 39’s that arrived were too snug and the tips of my toes were touching the guards in the front. Sending the 39’s back for some 40’s which I believe will be perfect. I highly recommend if you’re look for fashion with functionality! BTW... Zappos, been going to you for about a decade now. Customer service is unmatched :)

Good shoe - feels protective, yet freeing. Just order your normal size (don't size down, the way other reviewers have recommended). Can't say anything about the durability, as I'm exchanging for the correct size.

Glove-like fit, as expected, with the strapping system providing some lateral stability. The soles were thicker than on other models -- because of the lugs -- so there was less ground feel. As I do more road running than trail running, I don't need the lugs, so I'm returning them for a smoother-soled, sleeker pair.

I walked from my bedroom to the kitchen (not that far) and already had a blister worn on the top of my foot. The length and width felt true to size but the height of the inside of the shoe felt too small. Not sure how else to describe it besides that it just wasnt right.
