My son normally wears an 11 in tennis shoes, but wears a 9 in Chacos. He has a very narrow, flat foot. The z cloud footbed is perfect for him. He says the thick straps are perfectly snug as well.

I purchased these for my husband. He said that if he had to pick one shoe to wear for the rest of this summer it would be these. He wears a pretty solid 13 and ordered a 12 in these for a perfect fit.

These shoes are substantial. I bought the men's 7 for myself (I usually wear a women's 8) because I have a wider, yet low profile foot. After trying the women's 8 wide, I find I like these better. They do seem a little long, but I don't mind since this offers better toe protection. Once they are adjusted to fit, the straps do not slip and tighten across my toes; this had been a problem with some of the other styles I'd tried. This is my favorite style; I'd always worn Tevas, but am no longer satisfied with the fit and feel.

This is a very cushy, yet supportive sandal. The sole is slightly more flexible than other CHACO models. Unfortunately I needed the stiffer sole, and the model that "holds" the big toe worked better for me. I have "halux rigidus" --arthrithis on the big toe joint, and the strap on this model seats right on top of that joint.

My husbands favorite new sandal. He bought the same pair with black and gray stripes, I bought these for his Birthday. He wears either pair almost every day even to dinner out. They look super good with his KUHL brand pants.

As im first time Chaco wearer, I am impressed with the comfort and quality of the materials. I expect these to hold up for a long time. They definitely do run large, I ordered a 9 when I normally wear a 10 and they still have some extra room near the toes and heels.

All around excellent sandal and the usual excellent service from Zappos.

So far so good with these Chacos. At this price point, I am expecting to get a year out of them with heavy use.I am a size 11 with a narrow foot. I keep both buckle straps fully tightened. There is extra strap hanging out here. To solve this, I tuck the extra strap in and no problem. However if you do not want to tuck the strap, Chaco will shorten the straps for $10 at their website.These Chacos are great so far as expected. Next time may use their website for all the custom strap options available there.

So comfortable! The wide straps make you feel extra secure and I like the no toe loop. The mega z cloud are extra cushy and feel amazing. So far I have purchased these as well as the z cloud2 and I like those but I love these. I know they are kinda expensive but I think they are well made and will last forever. I do wish Chaco would have some more neutral colors. I am female and prefer men’s as the women’s are kinda narrow. Chaco does have some gender neutral color schemes so that is helpful .

Purchased these for my husband who has difficulty feeling comfort and support in sandals in general. I personally love the comfort and support of Chacos for myself... especially the Z Cloud style, that offers a more cushioned feel. I'm 77 (hub is 80), and as my feet have become more sensitive, I've recently rescued several pair of older Chacos that were now feeling too hard, by adding either Foot Petals insoles or Flat Sox, secured to the sole with that new very thin Velcro (designed for delicate clothing). Both the sandals and the insoles are machine washable, together, or separated, and have made my old Chacos comfy again...! And you don't feel the Velcro at all! So, my husband even tried these Mega Z Clouds with an insole added (not Velcroed in place) but still found them too hard, although he really liked the arch support (he has flat feet)... So these are being returned.
