These had a high narrow arch and the front strap did not make my foot feel secure. I knew as soon as I put them in they would go back.

I wanted to like these but they don’t fit my feet. The strap part is adjustable but only a little bit and then I guess my feet are too narrow (but I wear medium width shoes so maybe I should say too skinny.)

These are too large.

Not comfortable for the price and for how much I’ve heard people rave about these sandals. The front strap is also strangely loose/large and isn’t adjustable. Disappointing.

I was really looking forward to receiving this pair of sandals to use at the beach! Arch support and cushioning seemed reasonably adequate, however the strap that goes across the toes IS NOT adjustable. As you can see by my photos the strap is huge and is not even close to fitting my foot! I ordered my regular size and for reference I wear size 10 in Aetrex sandals. Maybe if you have a very thick foot in the toe area, these will work, otherwise pass these up! Sadly had to return. Thanks as always to Zappos for making returns easy and painless!

In trying to find hiking sandals I chose these because of the great reviews. Unfortunately the length was too long and the straps being unadjustable were uncomfortable. Loved the look and the clasp for on/off was great but they just weren’t for my foot.

Wow these are narrow, I couldn't even get them on my foot. My feet are a little wide but I've never had trouble like I had with these. The length felt true to size.

i couldn’t even get this shoe on :/ the length was correct when I measured it against my foot, but I couldn’t even get my foot in because I have a wide, deep/tall midfoot that I couldn’t fit into/under one of the straps. It was just not enough clearance. Avoid for wide feet or large midfoot area.

The strap on one of the sandals would not move so it could not be adjusted so I had to send it back.

Way way way to narrow. I am a 9 medium and I could not even get my foot into all three pairs I bought. Never got to try them on. I bought 3 pair, one with wide strap, one with several narrow straps to see which style looked and felt the best. These are not even close to a medium, very surprised they are sold this way.

Far too narrow, not adjustable

I need a 7 1/2 in these shoes. The 8 was too big and the 7 too small.

Great fit …easy adjustable straps…buckles are easy to adjust.

Perfect and soooo comfortable

Like these so much better than my other chaco’s which are quite heavy and the strap wraps around the big toe, which constantly tightens and makes it unbearable to walk long distances. These Mega Z Cloud ones are much lighter and easier to adjust and I can walk in them for long periods. They are super sturdy and will last a long time.

All was great except for the width of the strapping materials. Too wide for my feet! Otherwise, much the same as my beloved old Chacos from the early 2000s!

A big fan of the Mega Z cloud Chacos! Great arch support and the wider strap gives more support in keeping the sandal on. I find with the Mega Z Clouds the straps don't drag on the floor as other models do.

I love Chaco sandals. The arch hits in the right place and gives great support. They look good and I can walk all day in them.

Love how you can customize all straps, just Google the instructions! Support is great. I can see why people love them!

Amazing supportive shoe! I love the Mega Z Cloud style. The straps on this style do not drag on the floor.

I love these shoes! Wore them 10 days in a row on our Costa Rican vacation. So cushy and secure!

This is a very comfortable sandal with good support.

These fit really well and are extremely comfortable!

I wish I could have kept these but they were just a little too large on my left foot in my normal size 8. That's because my right foot is slightly longer than my left and if I had gone a size down I think the right foot would have been too short. But otherwise they're terrific sandals, seem very comfortable, and they look really nice. I was sorry I needed to return them.

Chaco sandals are a fantastic investment. My last pair held up for twelve years. These are so comfortable, I can hike in them.
