The front strap was not adjustable and tooooo wide for my foot. The strap across the ankle and around the heel seemed short. No fit!!

There is a strap that goes across your mid foot that you can’t adjust and it was so tight I could barely get these on. Really disappointed because I loved the style

This sandal will not work if you have a high instep. The nonadjustable strap across the toes was too lose on me, and the nonadjustable diagonal strap that crosses the instep was too tight. My perfect fit is a 9N, but I can usually get away with a 9M if the straps are adjustable. If your foot is on the narrow side, especially at the front, and/or your instep is high, this sandal may not work for you.

Not made for narrow feet. I returned them because my feet were swimming in them. The comfort is good, but they are not stylish at all.

I could not figure out for the life of me how to adjust the straps so that I could insert my feet. My high arches may have also contributed to the difficulty of getting these on.

Soles are too soft for support

Modern, minimalist sandal. Would have been PERFECT if my arch was lower, and the wide, plastic buckle hadn't landed right at the top of my foot instead of along the side. Made walking very uncomfortable, and had to return.

Sadly, I had to return these sandals. I had always wanted to wear a pair of Chaco sandals and picked these based on reviews. I was so excited about getting them. When they arrived I had a very hard time getting them on my feet properly and adjusting the straps (strike 1). I did watch a video and learned how to loosen and tighten the straps. However, they they still are a bear to work with. I also felt like I needed a half size bigger for length, in which they only come in whole sizes (strike 2). The right sandal felt bigger in the heel strap than the left sandal. My heel was sliding around too much and something was rubbing the outside of my heel too (strike 3). I really wanted to like these, but was not going to keep a pair of sandals that cost so much and did not feel right on my feet. Zappos return policy allowed me to return them the day after they arrived for me- free of charge.

At first I liked he sandal and thought it would wear in to the perfect fit, but the back-of-the-foot strap is too loose and not adjustable. Annoying.

Size 9. Fits well, cradles the foot. Sole is soft and thick, straps are comfortable. Heel feels lower than the middle, & takes the pressure of the toes but also takes getting used to. I thought it may help with my Morton's neuroma. The left shoe is perfect, the right foot is a bit longer & the arch support seems to hit in the wrong place. Got these 4 hiking, but I think the foot will slide forward. Walking in the house the straps loosen. I tighten the heel so it doesn't slip, the front gets pinched. Still deciding to keep or not.

I couldn’t get it on my foot! I have narrow feet and I couldn’t get my foot through the straps. Seems like it would be a great shoe if the front and cross strap were adjustable. Only the top strap is adjustable. I couldn’t try it on to find out if it’s good shoe or not.

Like Chaco, and have a couple of their leather sandals that fit and feel comfortable and look nice. Wanted to try this traditional Chaco sandal. First tried the wrap around the toe version, but those didn't work. So ordered these to see what they were like and how they were different. Wore them around the house several times to try and get a feel for the fit. Like the solid sole and contoured foot bed. Like the wider, fabric straps. But just could not get used to the fit. Feet always hurt after an hour. So, will have to return them

I have problem feet and tender skin, so my needs are very particular, and my chances of finding comfortable shoes is very slim. Still, I keep trying, especially as my current shoe collection is wearing out and is no longer comfortable. I saw in one of my health groups that Chacos were highly recommended for comfort by people with EDS, like me, so I ordered a variety of styles, sizes, and widths to try at home. This was one of them. The adjustability of the sandal strap was intriguing to me and seemed promising for getting the fit just right. I was eager to try them on. When they arrived, I noticed a strong scent that reminds me of chocolate. (Chaco /Chocolate? Is this on purpose?) I believe it comes from the rubbery soles. I am not a fan of scented products, as the chemicals aggravate my migraines and asthma. I did not react, thankfully but wanted to earn others why are sensitive to fragrances, like myself. If Chaco Doors not add a scent to their shoes, I am curious as to what I am smelling. I put on each pair, adjusting straps just so and then tightening the buckle, then stepped around in my carpeted home to see how walking would feel. Unfortunately, none of the seven different pairs will work for me. I think they are great, for normal people, but soft-tissued feet like mine cannot tolerate these shoes. I wear a wide shoe, and even the wide sizes of Chacos felt uncomfortable on the back, inner side, where the arch support slopes into a heel cup. Every step felt this edge digging unnaturally into my foot. I also cannot tolerate the small, stationary strap on the side, as I walk, because the edge of it does not move with my foot, so it rubs my skin there. I know from experience that the slightest anomaly in a shoe will wear a sore into my tender skin after a mere half a day of wearing. I am very sad that not even the wide size won't work for me, but I could see how they would be otherwise reasonably comfortable sandals for regular folks. Every foot is different, so try them yourself if you aren't like me, but I am back to the drawing board with my quest for tolerable sandals.

I love the style and color of these sandals but had to return because of the fit. The arch is too high and narrow and I don’t have wide feet. Also the heel area was narrow.

These were very cute, but the arch was uncomfortable to me. I have low arches. So, I’ll have to return them.

Sure don't know what all the excitement is about regarding Chaco sandals. They just feel like a flat piece of rubber under your feet, and weren't enough arch contact for my higher arches. Then I tried Naot and Teva -- wonderful!! These brands have shaped footbeds with better cushion materials and better arch & metatarsal support. Real cute styles, too.

the strap closest to your toes isn't adjustable and was really tight. Looked great but had to send back.

I bought these for an upcoming trip to Hawaii in mind. They arrived very fast, which I appreciated. I have had a pair of Chaco flip-flops previously and thought the soles where too hard, so the Mega Cloud sounded like a nice improvement. I have did think the soles of these shoes were softer and more comfortable, but where the sandal straps come up from shoe rubbed on the inside of my heels and I could tell that that would be very bothersome and potentially cause a blister. I also did not care for how big the Chaco buckle on top of the foot was. So I returned them and will keep looking.

I loved the style of this Chaco! I'm not sure what had happened to the pair I received but the straps on the left shoe seemed to be stretched out. The right shoe fit perfectly. Sadly I had to return because the left shoe would stay secure to my foot.

I usually have been wearing a size 8 but in this shoe, I think a 7 would have been better. Lots of straps to adjust but the 8 just was too bulky. I think the 7 would be better but I am not sure I want to take a chance on that.

I normally wear a 6 in Chaco's and had to order a 7 after the 6 was too narrow and the buckle was right at the top of my foot. However, my forefoot still seemed too wide right at the curve of the shoe and the buckle still seemed to be in an odd place. I'm used to being able to adjust Chaco's for a perfect fit, but the back strap on this doesn't adjust and was too loose on the size 6 and 7. I tried wearing these shoes around the house and my heel started to hurt within 5 minutes of wearing the shoe every time I tried. I was disappointed that I had to return these.

Didn’t fit properly and seemed to be less quality than I’m used to with Chaco’s.

Great sole with great support. My big problem with this was the straps other than the back are not adjustable. This results in the toe/arch straps being too loose for me, but might be the opposite for others. Would be better if were elastic or adjustable.

Too narrow for wide feet. I wear a size 10 and I have pretty wide, large feet with high arches, and I needed to pull the strap entirely out to the loosest point to wear these - the strap could have been 2 or more inches longer and I would have appreciated the extra room. Unfortunately the strap across the toes rubbed against my pinky toe and I had to deal with a blister. I've worn them too much to return them but I don't think I can continue wearing them. Disappointing because they were pretty expensive. I think these would be fine if you have a narrow foot. I thought the arch support was fine-to-good. (I have high arches and need support).
