Straps are very loose and it is more of a casual flip-flop than a strappy sandal. Depends on what you are looking for. It also seemed to have less support than other Chacos as well, but it may have been due to having fewer straps to hold the foot in place.

Disappointed! I ordered these and thought I would love them. When they arrived the leather was already marked and scuffed up. The brown color wasn't a very nice shade of brown and definitely didn't look good with my skin tone. The quality of the leather was thin and didn't seem great. I returned them because they quality was very disappointing and they didn't seem like they would hold up very well with use.

The problem with this sandal is that the piece that goes between your toes is oddly placed. It's closer to the middle of the shoe than it should be, making the whole thing very uncomfortable. Hard to explain, but that placement shifted everything back. I had an extra inch of room between the tops of my toes, and the edge of the shoe, while my heel ran off the back of the shoe. The sizing would have been fine if the toe-thing was where it should have been. Overall, a really bad design. I wish I could return it but I thought I'd "get used to it". I never did.

Comfortable but disappointing. I love the feel of these shoes, but they already show wear from regular use and I’ve only had them one month! The leather on the footbed is not sturdy and is already scuffed and ugly.

This is an attractive sandal and is generally comfortable but after wearing the sandal several times in the last two months, the leather on the sides is noticeably peeling off. I also think the padding could be a bit thicker to provide more support. I have never bought Chacos before and for the price, ($99) I am very disappointed.

The toe box was much too large. There was nearly an extra inch after my toe and it fit well from heel to toe separator. Maybe I just have short toes, but my toes measure 1 3/8” from where the separator hits and the toe box on the size 7 of this shoe was 2 1/8”. A difference of 3/4”. That is a half inch too big (if you account for leaving 1/4” for room at the end). I measured some of my other sandals and they all had a toe box of around 1 3/4”. Nearly a half inch difference. In addition to that, the color of the sandal does not match the photo at all. It is much lighter and scuffed already. I expected much better quality, feel, and materials at this price point. The last photos shows the color that I got vs. the color advertised by Zappos and my photo is true to the color it is. The actual color is very drab and has no reddish tones. The photo from Zappos gives it a nice contrast to the tan. It is also so obviously easily scratched since it came to me that way. They also came in a generic brown box saying the original box was damaged in shipment, which I found very odd because all of my shoes from this order were in these non-brand boxes. I definitely returned them.

These fit so well and are so cute. At size 12 women's, that is a virtual miracle to find without compromising on something... I loved how these looked right of the box and for the first few uses, but soon, the lining on the footbed was scuffing off. Another pair of similar Chaco's ordered at the same time has done the same thing. With more frequent use this past month, this pair of shoes looks downright scrappy and won't make the long haul aesthetically. I am returning both pairs since they have the same material and the footbed surfaces are on the same trajectory. So very disappointed!!! The straps make such lovely lines on both pairs and I have enjoyed the look this past month, but the "beauty" appears to be only skin deep, since they are unbelievably sensitive to scuffing. Missing my 7-year trusty, feminine-looking sandals made by another company. I was hoping these would be my new answer! I'll be back though, I have not been disappointed by Zappos yet! (Chaco's, I'll be looking elsewhere...)
