Fit is pretty good. I opt not to wear socks because the high ankle just pulls them off anyway. I’ve had numerous pairs of Bogs and they always seem to crack at the seem. You’d think they wouldn’t be so expensive with this happening so often....

I so wanted to love these boots. My favorite BOGS were ankle high with handles, they finally gave out and I was hoping these would replace them. In all fairness I have a very wide foot. These just weren’t wide enough to be comfortable.

This are a smidge loose, but not so much to rock the boat. They are a dullish version of the color--I'd like just a bit brighter--but a nice change from black. I want something to throw on to walk the dog when it's wet out. I'm hoping these are perfect.

The "Zappos Size Helper" what's wrong on this shoe and it was too small for me. If you wear a half size shoe, then go up to the next full size. Duh, me!

Agree with the other reviewers that for a Bogs ankle boot the width is not wide. So this is more of a "M" width unlike what repeat customers have come to know and love about Bogs. There is also a more sturdy insole in this boot than they had in earlier styles. The pull tab is on the outside, where it should be. Color is perfect.

I ordered an 8 for my daughter, her usual size. It was too big so I ordered the 7. It was also too big! The size 6 is on the way and we're hopeful. Definitely runs large.

I really wanted to like these booties. They were everything I was hoping for - except: too short. The fit seemed mostly true to size. A bit on the narrow side but I have fairly narrow feet so that wasn't an issue for me. Support seemed decent; the sole looked like it would get you through anything (rain, snow, perhaps ice). But my toes hit the front end of the shoe. I tried on several different occasions with several different sock styles and nothing helped so regretfully, I'm returning. Unfortunately I'm a size 11 and there doesn't appear to be a larger size - I'd try it if there were.

I was looking to replace shoe boots I'd bought from Sam's Club years ago. I wore them in rain, slush, light snow and for yard work. The Bogs seem to be made very well and were fairly comfortable, even more so when I put in extra arch supports. However, for some reason, my one foot slipped a bit and when walking created an unpleasant, embarrassing noise. For something I'd wear frequently and in so many places, it just wasn't acceptable. Sadly, these will be returned.

Review of Bogs model 72201 - W Sauvie Chlsea Size 11 European Size 42 I really love these shoes for so many practical reasons. They arrived just in time for Spring mud season. The sole of the shoe is impressive – more like a work boot – making them feel secure and slip-proof. They are excellent for gardening and yard work, while sleek enough to wear on rainy days with a casual outfit. The foot bed doesn’t offer much support, but I was pleased that these were removable, and could be replaced with my own orthotics, which fit inside the shoe perfectly and made the shoe much more supportive. If you need a supportive shoe, this one isn’t a good bet unless you have an orthotic or foot bed you could swap out of a pair of athletic shoes. If you don’t need the support however, these are great slip-proof mud and rain shoes.

No 12 in this style and 12 is too big in other style and this 11 is too small to wear with socks. Comfy barefoot but who wear waterproof with bare feet? Super cute & comfy.
