I've only had it for about a week and they ripped already

Loved the look of these, and reviews seemed promising. I was expecting them to be tight but the way the band sits on your foot makes these basically unwearable. Even trying them on and walking to the mirror was too uncomfortable with no real way of fixing. Had to send them back, but still waiting on a refund

I have been buying these for a few yrs and this last order of the same cushion courts I am unhappy with. I was told that the manufacturer has changed. The material of the soles is quite hard n less cushiony than all my other pairs

I love reef shoes and I am comfortably a size 10 in all their shoes. I ordered these, they run very small it felt like a whole size smaller. And the straps felt just weird (maybe cause it fits so small idk) if you really want them size up! Or try on before.

I have gotten these cushiony flip flips for a few years now I buy 2 pairs every year. I just received my 2 favorite pairs of flip flops and I immediately tried them in and was sooo disappointed. They were hard and nothing like in the past. I sent them back . I am really disappointed. I will have to search someplace else for the most comfortable flip flops. Beware of something going on. They were hard and didn't fit as in the past 4 years.

Ordered a size 10, usually wear a 9.5. Fit more like an 8.5.

Does not run true to size. Very disappointed that they were so narrow, small, and honestly not at all the same quality as they used to be. Trust the reviews! I didn't want to order a 9 for my 7.5 feet. Returned for a refund & going back to Olukai.

Couldn't even get them on my feet and I ordered a size up. My feet aren't even large. These are so small and the straps are super tight. Returned them.

I am unfortunately returning these today, which is such a disappointment. I have the Cushion Bounce Court in the brown/gold color, and they are my most comfortable pair of flip flops, which is why I was so excited to have them in the rose gold shade. I ordered the exact same size, 8, that my other pair are, but when these arrived, they were a good inch/inch-and-a-half shorter than the brown/gold pair, and my heel was hanging off the back. I am wondering if they were mislabeled, or something? I was so excited to have them for an upcoming Europe trip, but it looks like I'll just have to settle for only having the brown pair.

Unhappy because I thought toe holder would be round and not square. Very uncomfortable between my toes.

I had to return the reef sandals I bought. I wear a 10 and the 10 ordered was to small. I tried a 9 on in the stores and it was a little to small. So I thought a 10 would be perfect. I'm sad this did not work out for me.
