These shoes run small. They are so stylish but the part of the shoe in front of the thong is way too long and that makes the heel too short. Overall they are too short.

People were right. The thing that goes between your big toe and the next one is set too far back by just a smidge. That smudge is enough to make it slightly irritating. Also they have that gold stitching on the strap ON BOTH SIDES and you can feel it rubbing on your foot. Why the heck they’d put it on the inside is beyond my understanding. Anyway, have to return. I’m a 9 and feel like because that toe is is just that much set further down, your heel goes to the very edge of the back. Disappointing.

I love the way the "cushion bounce" feels on my foot: the little bit of arch support and the soft cushy sole is much appreciated.
I usually buy flip flops new each year, because the sole wears down so quickly. Let's see how long the supportive arch and cushy feel lasts.
If you are a half-size usually, I recommend going up to the next whole size. I am a 9.5 so the 10 fits perfectly.

I love how the cushion bounce court fits and they are literally the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever had so I thought I would try the slim but they didn’t compare. The reviews are true about the straps being in an awkward place. They definitely cut your feet in a weird way. Also the length of these is about a 1/2 lager than the cushion bounce court. They look nice off the foot but they feel terrible on. Had to return!

I've been wearing Reef for years. Loved the idea of more arch support with this sandal - super sad that my heel was hanging off the back! I wear a 9.5 in most shoes, 10 in Reef. Just ordered the 11 - we will see:)

I do not understand why they position the straps to shove your foot so far back on the sandal so that your heel almost goes off of the back end. Must be a lot of people buying them with super long toes...10 always fits me in flip flops. I had to return these and new Cobians, which had the same problem. I have several older Cobians in a size 10 that fit perfectly. Also, I hated the flimsiness of the Reef's straps. You cannot just slide these on as the straps just roll/bunch up if you don't carefully guide them.

I received these as a gift in black leather. I had been looking for some with the thin strap just like this! They were comfortable and true to size. I wore them a handful of times around town for errands and they seemed sturdy. But the first time I wore them to the beach, the straps came apart! I'm not sure if it was the heat or the oils from my sunscreen, but the glue became sticky and stopped working. Very disappointed that such expensive flip flops would have such a short life- or rather, that such expensive flip flops could not be worn to the beach. They did not even get wet and I only got about six wears out of them in total. Now the glue makes them too sticky to wear, even if I could repair them. I will not be recommending Reef sandals as the quality does not match the price.

I am a nurse working 12 hours shifts and from that I developed plantar fasciitis. I have a hugh arch on top of that. I browsed so many designs in the web and they all look bulky until I came across this website. Used my golden strap flipflops in my trip to Hawaii and it did not disappoint. The style and comfort. I dis not have any foot pain wearing this at all. AMAZING find!

I like that these are made from a strong but flexible rubber material rather than the foam-type of material. They don't stretch out when wet and have an unusually good arch support for flip flops.

These fit a little off. The toe part is really long and the back is shorter. I had to order an 8 and I'm usually 7-7.5. Also the gold string part is stiff and scratches the foot. Not sure why they even put that on there if it's uncomfortable. Besides that they are cushiony and feel comfortable. The color is a really nice nude tone.

Over the years, I have ordered about 8 pairs of these flip flops in the same size. I love them and wear them almost daily.
HOWEVER, these are not the smooth, soft-cushioned flip flops they once were. The insole is now a rougher texture, and the piece in between the toes seems off, making the shoes seem too small. They are not as cushion-y as they once were, and the sole is stiffer. Overall, they just feel cheaper than before. I'm sad because I need to find another go-to flip flop.

These look cute on, but they stain my feet every time I wear them. The black of the straps rubs off on my skin and looks gross. It takes some work to remove it. Super disappointing.

These are the perfect looking flip flop in my opinion however the straps are so tight! I’ve worn reef flip flops for years but last year and this year their straps are very tight. (I don’t have wide feet) I first purchased my normal size 8 then tried the 9 to see if they would be more loose but the footbed way to long for me and the straps were only slightly less tight. So sad I can’t find any others that look like this and are also comfortable. Disappointed!

Unfortunately, this is not the style I thought it was. It is very cute, and fits well, which is a tough one for me usually! But, the straps are too thin and cut into my foot between the toes. Sadly, I will be returning. Thank goodness for Zappos! They are a lifesaver for me with their shipping and return policy!

The cushion and arch support on these shoes is very nice. However, the underside of the strap where the gold thread is rubbed uncomfortably on my foot, leaving large red marks that became blisters.

Please bring the last version back! The material of the soles and straps was so much more comfortable. I had bought a new pair of these every year and literally wore them every day in the summer. I loved that they have the slim bands and mostly the arch support! But really, the new material is so much harder and doesn't have that nice soft give and they're slippery.

I was a little disappointed in these. I always buy Reef flip flops, and bought these to replace my older pair that broke (strap came out of the shoe). These don't feel as comfortable or cushiony as my prior Reefs. The shoe bed feels more plastic-y, and as other reviews have mentioned, there is an irritating Reef logo on the underside of one of the straps.
These are still more comfortable than your typical plastic flip-flop as there is some arch support, but overall, I would not recommend.

These flip flops are reasonably priced for what they are. I love the color and the thin strap. Keep in mind that the “REEF” logo is not on the thong. It is actually just a gold rectangle. Also the sole is cushion and super comfy but the bottom layer is plastic. Not helpful on pool decks or boat docks which is where I spend most of my summer.
